Why isn't anyone talking about Caitlyn Clark, of Iowa, taunting her opponents all season long with the same gesture? Minus the ring gesture. In return, she was featured in sports segments and presented as the consummate unstoppable competitor. She was described as a warrior and the benchmark to be held in high regard for young athletes, male and female. So when Angel Reese from LSU went out and lead her team to the National Championship against Iowa. Doing so in amazing fashion with unbelievable stats that were consistent with her stats the entire season. Her team and fans have dubbed her the Queen with crown and ceremony. So why is Ms. Reese being called out of her name, being villanized and dragged through the mud because she was giving back to Caitlin just what she had been dishing out to opponents all year? Why do certain people feel the need to come to Caitlin's rescue? More importantly, why hasn't Caitlin, chimed in to not only protect her fellow baller but more importantly reject the unwarranted rescue of a helpless damsel in distress. State clearly: "There is only 1 winner in each contest. This is a competitive sport. This is how we play it. It is hard, and it gets loud, but in the end, we are 1 building a better sport for women. All women." Her silence only hurts the sport. She is allowing the racial division to destroy the purity of the sport and what little bit of remaining social peace. "White women are fragile and need to be saved while Black women are loud, threatening, and dangerous". I know some will say I'm reading a lot into this. I say, I'm just a student of history. There is a difference between casual trash talk or a hand gesture which everyone doesn’t and stalking a single opponent around the court attention to obstruct their view for the sole purpose of taunting them when the game is already over. @Physics Guru Yeah, Cause Clark has made a name for herself and is a literal college legend. She's single-handedly bringing attention to women's college ball. Well, her, Aaliyah Boston, and Paige Bueckers. But that's it. And I do think any other day, any other game between these two, and I do think Iowa wins every other matchup between these two. There just wasn't enough help from the rest of the team around her and Czinano this time. Gabby Moore is definitely here to stay btw, she's the future of Iowa basketball if she doesn't decide to transfer.
@Physics Guru and also because Angel Reese was a nobody, LSU was and will be a nobody team next season. Mark my words, they'll be on a receiving end of an early-round exit in the coming season. I can just feel that this wont hold up. And you think SC will be happy with losing to the team in the Final Four that they could've beaten and to the team that they did beat early this season. I don't care if they have the best recruiting class because Iowa also has one of the best classes and also has arguably the stronger roster. It just happens to be not Iowa's day on the court.

It’s the fact a lot of Black people think EVERYTHING is against them and EVERY white person has an agenda out against them. It’s totally false. @@desotohybrid2175 it was the excessiveness for me. you don't like people calling it straight because you can't get around the truth. yea there are people who have other motives but call a spade a spade, but your to busy in your feelz. I like some of the trash talk as I can be expressive too but calling her a hoe and following her around was petty. maybe it was Clark`s karma for her trash talking all tourney but in the context of just that game it appeared excessive. If Clark was following her around like that and doing all that stuff people would want her canceled and she would have lost her brand deals. at least be honest.
Prove it wrong.
Definitely racism

There is a difference between casual trash talk or a hand gesture which everyone doesn’t and stalking a single opponent around the court attention to obstruct their view for the sole purpose of taunting them when the game is already over. I read your entire comment and you’re wrong on every point. Caitlin Clark did chime in to defend Reese almost immediately on one if not her first interview after the game stating Reese should not be criticized at all for what she did which makes your entire racial narrative based on Caitlin’s “silence” even more ridiculous. Black folks just don’t realize how much nonsensical takes like your comment expose your inferiority complex with white folks. Whites seems to be the only ones that can get you deep into your feelings over seemingly anything. Caitlin Clark is still the best player in Women’s NCAA Basketball and LSU is still the 2022-2023 National NCAA champions. All of the bratty immature nonsensical racial narratives are coming from one side who’s been taught to see race/racism in every situation.
Angel’s actions was deliberately more trashy than what Caitlin did. It was trashy and targeted, what Caitlin did was targeted at her own bench.
Facts! If Clarke had won it wouldn’t been a problem but since LSU won and Reese threw it back at her it’s a problem! ✌🏾

@Physics Guru Yeah, Cause Clark has made a name for herself and is a literal college legend. She's single-handedly bringing attention to women's college ball.
