    Ingredients:
    Sirloin Steak Cut in 1-2 inch cubes
    Tenderize for 20-30 minutes in 1 teaspoon Baking Soda and 1 1/2 Tablespoons water.

    Cook meat and vegetables on separate skewers for desired doneness.

    I loved learning about the baking soda/water trick for the meat. But I have a question: I can’t find Dale’s steak seasoning where I live. I see it on Amazon, but is there a substitute? Or a copycat recipe for that delicious looking steak sauce?
    I LOVE your videos and look forward to each one!! Thank you for your time and hard work!

      First of all, thanks for watching and commenting! Have you tried an internet search for homemade Dale's Steak seasoning? Here is one: www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/13/dales-seasoning158330.shtml (I would reduce the amounts to try it out).

    I’m majorly triggered by your use of dish towel on that bowl contaminated by raw meat. A paper towel would have been the better choice.

    • @KenClick
      @KenClick  Місяць тому +1

      No contamination. You just have a hair trigger. 🙂
