Hey Jay, great video. I am wondering if you could share where you got these parts from? I am particularly interested in the wheels, speed chip, fwd/reverse switch and rocker guards. Did those wheels require lifting the cart at all? Thanks
Search Amazon for golf cart wheels and tires. These are the 12" TEMPEST Black/Machined Golf Cart Wheels and 215/40-12 DOT golf cart tires. sold by Golf Cart Tire Supply. They are the biggest rims you can get without a lift. Tires are low profile DOT rated street tires so it works without a lift. Speed chip came from Amazon. search: Golf Cart King EZGO Electric 2000 Up PDS TXT Freedom High Speed Upgrade Chip. Sold by Golf Cart King. This will add about 5 mph to your cart and only costs $7. Fwd/Rev toggle switch I ordered direct from Buggieulimited.com. Rocker panels you see on this cart are full replacement panels. If you have removed your stock panels already you will need these. I got them from DIYgolfcart.com. If you haven't removed them (FYI.. they are a PIA to remove) you can get layovers that look just as good for about half the price. They layovers are a lighter gauge aluminum but look just as good. you can get them from J&O Carts Parts for $32 plus shipping. Good luck with your rebuild.
You missed a couple of steps: finding a 1/2 inch socket only to realize you need the 7/16. Where is the 7/16? And then you need the 1/2 wrench instead of the 1/4 inch wrench. Also: how to get the rusted bolts out of the cover over the controller. *!*&!x This is a great video; I wish it had a soundtrack. LOL

@@TheJaycmack Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
12 inch. vs the stock 8 inch rims. Bigger rims = more street cred.

Did you already have a forward reverse switch or did you have a lever and switched it?
already had a fwd/rev switch....but rev didnt work. I suspected the switch was bad so took a chance and replaced it. New one works perfect
