      Hello, I'm using a toroid with an outer diameter of approximately 30mm. I wound around 27 turns of 1.5mm wire. You can refer to my specifications.

    Can u tell me.. At night.. When solar power is not available... The 90v to 12v buck converter is activated via 12v battery...
    Which is not enough to produce 12v at output.. Because this buck converter input is only 12v and as battery decreases.. the output voltage of this buck converter is further reduced..
    At this time.. Ir2104 vcc pin is not getting 12v...its only 8v on vcc pin of 2104 ic...
    Can it causes mosfet switching problem or any other problems..??

    Hello everyone. Just today I modified this mttp to 120 v. Successfully! Modification of the sleeper in the replacement of components. Mosfet Q3 and Q4 290N08 must be replaced with IRFP4668. Capacitor C3 470uF at 200V. Resitor R15 value increased to 200K. Arduino goes line inVoltageDivRatio = 40.2156, // Input voltage divider factor (200+5.1)/5.1. The voltage is must not increase because it is limited Buck Stabilizer 120V to 12v. That's enough for me. Enjoy it.

    Sorry to ask a silly question but in your youtube video there are two main electrolytic capacitors one I can see a value of 1000uf 63 volts, however in your circuit board design they are both 470uf will this charge controller accept input of up to 120 volts @ 30 amps input and provide 12 volts 24 volts 36 volts 48 volts out and calculate best current out or how does this work.And will these capacitor values have to change depending what output or input required if that makes sense sorry for the long question.And thanks for this by the way

      You should use the component parameters as in my design.
      With this prototype, Vmax is only 60V DC, on future versions I will upgrade more

      In the evening, wind about 30 turns of 1.4mm wire. Wind the coil with an outer core of about 30mm.

      Ferrite core size : OD = 33.5mm , ID = 19.5mm , H = 11mm , you can also use the same size choke.
      PCB size: 150x119 mm.

    Are you going to make this available for others to build, I have no electronics education, but I like soldering pcbs, and am in need of charge controllers,
    I have a 12v small system, for lights and backup inverter, and larger 24v system, with 1200w, and 2700 watt panel arrays, if I could get mppt control of charging by building it, that would be great, I have 8 strings, and basically each needs a controller, or I need a larger amperage output controller, a 120-150amp controller would be awesome, would it be possible to upgrade the output stage to buck, approx. 60v-80v to 24v- 30v with enough MOSFETs to pass 200-250 amps, at 70v Incase I want to move to 48v, (this is what I need to do, to get by with only 2-3 60a controllers) I have 2x 30a controllers and 2x 60a controllers,but need more to get all the panels wired up, I have LiFePo 12v battery, and 7s liion (nmc) for the large bank in excess of 1000ah at 25v, and going to add more, or save to go to lifepo4, you are a genius, I wish I had the encouragement, the opportunity, or even had a better school experience, I wish I learned more about this years ago!

    Friend if i want to increase the PV voltage to 150v can i equally change R15 and if i want to increase Battery voltage to say 48v can i equally increase R17 and to what values of R15 and R17 should i use? Sorry for disturbing you.

      You can use the voltage differential formula to calculate the voltage V out based on V in max,
      V out is in the range of 0- max 5V DC

      @@4EProjectsChannelEm có 1 tấm pin mặt trời có Vmppt là 40V đầu vào còn điện áp đầu ra là 12V. Nhưng khi mình mắc nối tiếp 2 tấm pin thì Vmppt lúc này là 80V nhưng phải đảm bảo đầu ra vẫn là 12v. Anh cho em hỏi làm thế nào để mình có thể ổn áp đầu ra vẫn là 12V khi đầu vào Vmppt nó thay đổi như trên. Với trường hợp mắc như vậy thì nó có ảnh hưởng tới thuật toán dò tìm công suất cực đại không anh ?

When I compiled the Arduino project in my PC, I am facing the following error due to some functions written in LCD_Menu. The project is getting compiled if I disable the charging current part in LCD_Menu code. Have you ever faced this error....??? Kindly help.
