    All my projects are free, I design them on EAGLE 6.0. I uploaded it to Google drive. You need to use a web browser to download the file and open the file with winrar software (extract) on the PC. Open schematic file (.SCH) and PCB file (.BRD) with EAGLE software.

    I previously built an MPPT charger. It is very strong and durable, but it always works silently. I can not know what mode it is working in ?. Battery voltage, Current. So today I'm going to build a 10A solar battery charger (10A is enough for me, because my PV only has 100W).

    Very impressed with the self-sufficiency. Home-made via drill and home etched boards. Bravo! I too will use the 2004A LCDs, the version 1.3 has I2C built-in but I'm told it's not reliable. I first saw Angelo Casii's MPPT video using an ESP32 so that's the direction I've started on. Well done, and thank you for not replacing the quietness with blasting techno music ;)

    Very nice project! And love watching your skillset at work. A nice collection of open source MPPT and PWM diy solar, wind and hydro charge controllers would be of great value to humanity. Especially if designed to be easily self-maintained and not throwaway like commercial systems. Watching your work with great interest...

    the design is pretty much ok i even added some code to it to make it more intelligent like keypad to select from 12v to 48v panel.also with the keypad you can set the float voltage and bulk voltage to suit your taste.i switched the code back to work for 16x2 lcd.now the design is very compact and advance it may seem a little bit complex to others but now it more intelligent thanks.God bless you

    You shouldn’t exceed 15% rated capacity of your battery. It’s 12 Ah, the maximum charge is 1,8 A, otherwise it will have a very short life

      When the input voltage is greater than 15V. It will charge the battery.

    Hi. I’m a coder. I’m very good with c++. Used to lecture c++ coding. I could go over your code for you if you’d like....but my preference would be to move it to a esp8266.

      Thank you very much, but maybe we have to use ESP32. because ESP8266 has only 1 ADC.

      @@PhdHung Or you use an external SPI/I²C ADC. With that and an TL431, you could have a much better precision (14/16bit ADC, pretty stable referance voltage).

    Damnit! If only you'd uploaded this a month or two ago, before I spent £110 on a 50A MPPT. What components would need to up upgraded/run in parallel to handle 50A? I know, watch this space (subscribed). I'm currently building a battery bank with load balancers, in/out current measurement (for battery AH estimation) and a switchable 36V mode that, once I incorporate a constant current board, should make it useful for welding. I'll send you a link if you're interested and I'll upload a video once I get over our shared camera muteness! It is useful, though. Every time I think I should sit down and narrate my video, I come up with something more productive I could be doing!

      Calibrate the voltage in arduino code. You can use lead acid battery or lithium battery

      Coi thế nào đã, vì thấy làm mấy video này rất tốn thời gian mà ko có nhiều view. 2-3k view / 1 video thì ko đủ tiền mua mấy con mosfet nữa ấy chứ. lỗ nặng luôn.

      mạch này 2 mosfet có 10A thôi bạn à. phiên bản mới cải tiến cho dòng cao hơn. mà làm mấy video này tốn nhiều thời gian nhưng ít lượt xem lắm. đang cân nhắc đổi chủ đề nữa đây. ko thì lỗ tiền linh kiện mất.

    Specifically the LiquidCrystal_i2c.

    This project how to build max to 30A / 12/24vDC input?
    Now i focus to make it because my PWM controller is not good. Really not good
    I measurement and calculate the controller maximum output to battery 55W to 60W
    while my solar panel output max 110W
    I really don't like this
    Please show me make more current because in the future i want to up my solar panel to 300W or more
    That time, 10A can't use for this
    Please help. Thank you

    Hello,i try to made this nice project every things gone well but when i want upload .ino file to my arduino nano by Arduino software some error happens, error is this(timerOne.h:no such file or directory) ,now how can i solve this problem for upload .ino file to my Arduino nano .tanx for your help mr baek.

    What kind of paper do you use? Tracing the printed board looks very good, not broken at all. Do you use a laser printer?

      Homemade 102 what about R3&R4 solar resistance dividing and output voltage sensor (6.3v) for A7 of arduino.... its with 38 pv voltage. But 80 pv villages A7 pin get more than 10v pv sensor ... this will not damage the arduino...???

      @@PhdHung I read the comments and as of my knowledge I think you are taking about the the Ir2104 supply voltage am I right??
      If I am right then how you circuit is working?You connect the battery and and solar panel is zero volt on the display that means the high side MOSFET get the gate voltage and that's the problem with my circuit . Please help. I already burn out 12 MOSFET and 4 driver (ir2105)
