Wasn't quite what I was expecting. No circuit diagram or schematic of what the change is suppose to achieve. But I was hoping for one controller - unmodified and one controller modified and the two run under identical circumstances to SHOW what the change achieves. Interesting concept though, I will have to search for videos that does this modification but with tests and results.
Dude please explain more in the description or in the videos. To me it looked like you removed the load transistors model them to process solar charge and put identical transistors back on the load or are they different and just happen to be the same size. How to then reprogram the board to allow override. Those are 75A each Trying to learn wtf you're doing but would help if you gave more info. So theybuse the same board for different models I figure. It reminded me of the perpetual energy videos for some reason. I'll keep watching though.
I need advice, please: I have a 455W solar panel...I bought BOTH Mppt and Pmw controllers from China (100A)...When I connect the solar panel, the controllers don't accept the panel? The controller shuts down soon?! Thank you very much
I have the same chargers myself. Different brand but really the same thing. The one problem I have eith all of them is that they discharge the battery more than they can charge when using panels smaller than 20W in the winter.
Put blocking diode in the positive wire of the solar panel to prevent the current from the battery to return to the panel. Cheers!!! Hope my comment is not too late .

If the backing plate is NOT Metal you'll get tons heat build up. I assume you can safely go over the basic wattage tolerances. example 12v 120 watt ( 10 amp ) PV to under 12v 240 watt ( 20 amp ) solar PV.
Hope you figured it out . 200 ah. Potentially 100ah if there acid.. hope you have more than one scc. If you have the panels you could be using the excess during the day and still be charged up for the night ..
Hellow how are u good sir. The reason I m contracting u like I m newbie and would love to learn . I recently bought a new 20amp digimark inverter which is I made a mistake of try to use it with low battery and it blolew out one of the in
It blew on of this MOSFET transistors and I don't know where to get the replace and can I simple fit any type of MOSFET and how do I know which ones are mine between Ptype and Ntype
My solar pannel gives 19-20 volt to the controller and using 12v lead acid battery...but there is 16.8v output from load during day time. I need only 12-13v how to reduce voltage from my charge controller...plz reply😢
use dc to dc step down buck converter,, put in scc wire going to scc, scc-buck converter-scc, then adjust the voltage output of buck converter module into the volts you want
You do NOT melt the solder with the iron. You heat the parts where they meet until they are hot enough to melt the solder. I saw at least two cold solder joints that WILL cause problems in the future. Good soldering is important if you want the device to last.

Exellence video, Thanks for sharing and wishing all and thanks so much sir for this knowledge
Could you find a way to turn on/off a 100a solid state relay with this controller?
What mosfet did you use for the lamp? IRF4110?
So !!! what has change from the original compared to your upgrades?
Lots of detail- you must be an expert! Thanks for sharing and wishing all the very best! Peace! 😸😸🙏🙏👍👍
How is change? How Mofet you use?

As a layman, I ask what will be better than getting 2 new mosfets?
Berbagi yang bagus, tutorial electric yang hebat.. 🙏🙏

Amazing Content and Great Work

Can I replace P75NF75 MOSFET for all the moseft in this type of charger controller.

Yeah Sir quite impressive for humanity
Fantastic job.
Have a wonderful weekend! ♥

Thanks so much sir for this knowledge impacted

how much more power will this make it?

Awesome job friend!
I hope you can afford a microphone for the next video, might give you a thumbs up & subscribe then.
Just awesome 👏
Great work

@@Justine21279 thank you for your idea I will try it, but I have modified my controller using voltage regulator IC LM78012..and it's working 👍 great 💯
Good idea !
How to modify it to higher voltage so I can run from 85V panel?

Watching this "soldering" was triggering me like crazy, it's like "No, no, no, not like that !!!" 😡😡
author is in a histerical hurry, and not using any flux - hence all the cold soldering. such quick-doers do pay times more for same.
