Amherst, NY Police back at Criminal MJ Peterson Peppertree Heights for fake harassment call

Police were called for loud screaming and yelling and people banging on the walls. The caller Adam Flynn even admitted to me that he called. It was stated that the source was my apartment. I was laying in bed and only listening to my police scanner at a very low volume when i heard the call. I called the non emergency police number and told them i wasn't making any noise or doing anything but laying in bed listening to my scanner. I told them i have many security cameras showing what i was doing. They would not tell me who called. She just said to talk to the officers who came. I had no interest in talking to the officers at all and they did not knock on my door. I decided the best course of action would be to tell my lawyer and tell a detective who seems to be neutral. I am posting the continual harassment as a result of a tenant lying to the Amherst Police on May 22, 2023 and the police not doing any investigation and MJ Peterson withholding their security camera video that proves my innocence. The person that had me falsely arrested lives many apartments away from me and would not have heard a thing. He left his apartment to go outside not that long after the police left.

On January 24, 2024 i went to the Amherst PD headquarters to file a complaint against the person who lied to the police about the screaming and yelling and people banging on the walls complaint. I gave them a burned DVD with videos of me on it from before the police call went out. I told them i wanted to press charges against the person although i know they will find a way out of pressing charges. The Asian officer asked me if i considered moving and i said absolutely not ever. Anyone that knows me knows i will never give up on exposing the truth until my last breathe and i'm sure MJ Peterson would be very happy with that result. Very Happy! I have documented me giving them the DVD and filing the complaint.
