Harassment and torture at Amherst, NY MJ Peterson Pepper Tree Heights senior and disabled housing

I hope MJ Peterson is contributing generously to the Amhersr Police benevolent association.
I'm not holding my breath on the police arresting the person who lied to get me arrested and made fake police calls to get me harassed and made false allegations against me when his father threatened to kill me. I don't know what kind of relationship he has with the Amherst Police but it must be a close one.
I decided to report the false police report that was used to get me arrested 5/22/23 and i recorded the call. I told the person i would wait for the Amherst police outside because i am afraid to have the police in my apartment. I decided to wait for them at the bench furthest away from the building because there is a tenant that likes to look out their window and spy on me. The person also likes to make up things to try and get me in trouble. Anytime the person sees me they think i am following them. I can't even go to scheduled appointments without being accused of stalking the person. The same person that was going to change the price tag on fake uggs boots at a salvation army so they could get a discount on them. I told the person not to do it and that I would pay for them instead which i did.
While i was sitting at the bench a truck drove by in which i know the person who stays here almost every night and then i got to worrying that i would be accused of something for sitting on the bench. In a little while someone told me the building manager had just drove by and then i knew there was going to be an accusation directed at me. At 8:10.43PM the call was dispatched and after i had time to listen to the call i knew my worst fears were correct. Two calls were dispatched and i would bet my life that the other call was a accusation directed at me for sitting on the bench at the apartment building i have lived in for almost 19 years.
Now it has come out that i was accused of sitting at a certain bench next to the building and harassing a tenant. As i stated i was sitting on a bench away from the building and not harassing anyone unless feeding a squirrel is harassing someone. After i called the police i went directly outside and sat at the bench away from the building until i decided it would be safer to wait by my car and record the police with my car camera. As it turned out nothing mattered because who ever called in the complaint evidentially just lied to the police. I guess they figured that sounded better then accusing me of sitting on the bench stalking them. I took videos of me sitting on the bench and by my car.
I live in fear everyday that certain tenants are doing everything they can to get me arrested and evicted at 69 years old. NO i am not paranoid but i know a lot more then i can say. Eventually the facts will come out with names.
I called the police at 6:32PM and i can't even sit outside on the bench furthest away from the building without someone calling the police on me. Even the building manager Christi Merrill got involved. How much of this harassment and abuse do i have to put up with. It is bad enough a tenant with a unreal amount of welfare calls was able to get me arrested based only on his lie. The truth finally came out on that but now people that i have treated extremely nice have jumped on the band wagon to harass me. MJ Peterson is more then happy to accommodate them in trying to get me in trouble and evicted. I have been falsely arrested and had a order or protection on me for over 4 months and now others are trying to extend my torture.
Me and my lawyer will be getting to the bottom of the harassment on me as soon as i can.
I have the police call but i have limited access of my evidence to my lawyer.
I also have a lot of evidence in me asking MJ Peterson and my lawyer and the police for the security camera video from the lobby which would have stopped all this in its tracks. The police and MJ Peterson did not want anything to do with exposing the truth. I may be subpoenaing the manager at the time of my false arrest who was told by corporate to not do anything that would help me. Her name is Yahaira L Ferrer. Her boss, Tamara Fowlston, completely fabricated a accusation against me to the HUD contractor, CGI, that manages the building for HUD and then Yahaira tried to evict me on it. Tamara was supposedly fired and it is understood that Yahaira quit.
