Incredible informative review and close up shots on the grind size ! Btw are you considering to buy a bellow hopper so you can have lesser retention and reduce the coffee grinds stuck inside when cleaning

Setting no. 1 works ok for my Delonghi Dedica EC685 as it has enough pressure at the grouphead. So worth mentioning which espresso machine you're using for your intended result.
