How to set up youy Gemilai 3610 espresso machine and 022 grinder

    Hi! I have the Gemilai CRM3610. I use it with the DF54 grinder. It still seems to taste too much on the sour side. I do use a WDT tool, a distribution tool, and a tamper. 18g dose. Around 30 seconds to get a 41-42mL yield. 9 bar temperature. No channeling.
    I have a suspicion it's the temperature on the machine that isn't heating up enough that is resulting into sour pulled shots even though everything seems to be fine. Is there a way I can check if the temperature is working fine?
