I need help. I'm not getting the basic move to long on either side. Is there a way I could see slow motion..man.. ball and wrist. Maybe it is just practice I'm needing..it sure feels like I'm missing something. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

A bit of downward pressure on the handle will help you toss the ball on your take off.
