Great stuffing Kay!!! I have a 64 oz TAL from Wal Mart that I keep with me at work. Being that you're a nurse it may be difficult for you to carry but try to use a timer for every 20 mins to take a sip of water. So far I've been able to drink almost a gallon a day. I hope this helps girl.
