Con todo respeto pero la carne de chivo o borrego no la puedo comer. No se porque pero a mi Me da un sabor fuerte gamy y no importa como lo preparen la e probado de todas formas y nomas no. Pero la birria de res mmmm si es muy rica!
Quizás quieras probar estos lugares. Son lugares de historia por una razón. Sé que Chalios tiene un método especial de cocinar porque a él tampoco le gusta ese sabor en particular. Espero que puedas probarlo. Gracias por ver el video.
Let's not be fooled, IF half these so called "birria experts" truly followed culinary mexican tradition, they would FEARLESSLY PREPARE IT WITH CHIVO/GOAT! But since the majority do not know how to effectively remove the "gameiness" of the flavor in goat meat, they go the easy route & prepare it with beef. True traditional authentic birria from Jalisco, Michoacan, or Zacatecas, IS MADE WITH CHIVO/GOAT!
If truly well prepared, that's when you can't taste the difference between goat or beef, because you can no longer taste the gamey flavor in the goat meat.
