Iron Sting vs Harbinger of Dawn Alhaitham Damage Test

Which one is better in your perspective. Actually I'm building my alihatham and my confused I've both R5 but don't know which is better.
Some say crt alihatham better some say em .

Iron Sting r5 would be more reliable unless you're using a shielder. New BP weapon is also really great for Haitham too though
