First before I list down the changes...., please consider the fact that I noticed so many other small details that changed in the house over the months. Nad I just need to say that, I'm impressed by fine urban. Been following them and been following you as well and I was so excited to watch this video. 1. Marble panels in family tv room and living room. 2. Colourful light feature with sound system installed in the backyard. 3. Fountain place installed with infinity pool in the backyard as well. 4. Statues throughout the outdoor space which I was impressed with the fact that they were hand made by locals but again,its fine urbans signature move. 5. Marble countertops fitted in the big kitchen counter. 6. Finishing done in the walk in closet in the master bedroom. You could see the stairs from the closet room which is now covered with translucent glass window. 7. Landscaping outside the house at the entrance was well done perfect finishing. 8. Staircase constructed in the hill leading up to the outdoor fireplace at the entrance. 8.A few switches and sockets were installed as well. 9. Noticed the hand curved sink. 10. Fire places with wow factor 😂😅 installed in different rooms in the house.... including the bathroom. hello Diana B allow me to say this is massive, master piece in its own and am in love with this mansion ♥️♥️ This are the different things and changes I have recognised. 1.The entrance door and the backyard door have been constructed with a heavy ,black ,glass , solid,corrugated steel door and white pillars and massive space on the grand entrance 2.metal sculpture outside the door. 3.water feature outside (dang sculpture). 3.outdoor craft with exclusive light feature that also features a sound system connected to the whole house. 4.main kitchen- fully fitted aquarium into the countertop,big double volume ceiling,gold sink. Dart kitchen. 5.store transformed into an additional bedroom. 6.House interconnected with so much entry points,marble sinks and wall,size of the ceiling is massive ,glass double volume windows , standard jipsum, lighting is different in all rooms (chandelier)

From the video that was done by Mwenesi and Aisha, I noticed that the outside area has really transformed. 1. The greenery covering the stone facade is now intact. 2. There are rabbit lighting fixtures on the area near the fireplace area. 3. The laundry area has been separated from the rest of the driveway. 4. A stunning metal sculpture has been added close to the entrance of the house. 5. The entrance has now been fitted with a custom made double door with corrugated steel. 6. Once you enter the front door, you are led by lighting fixtures which have been fitted on the ceiling, spectacular!
Hello Diana B personally here are some of the differences I've observed. 1.Foundation and Structural Design of the two houses are totally different. 2.Exterior Facade difference. 3.Roofing Style difference. 4.Outdoor Areas one has Expansive outdoor spaces compared to the other 5.Interior Layout especially on ceilings there is difference. 6.modern, energy-efficient construction materials and systems difference
Ww Diana you will show us wonders, thou something I feel they have left out is the communication of the house, that if am calling you from the kitchen all rooms can here me maybe small voice to avoid noise but speakers to connect the house with low tone..my thought anyway

That mansion is soo beautiful and here are some of the noticable change fine urban real estate made: There is a sculpture on the front side of the house, a beautiful fountain at the back of the house, there is a tap at the cooker in the main kitchen, a fine oven that has a sound system, the grand roman inspired columns and a computerized panel that control the whole house.
