I think this version is from April '69. I read it's Keith. The version recorded with Mick Taylor was recorded the night Brian Jones died.
That's kieth Richard . .on both versions sounds a lot like the lead from symphony for the devil that's how you know it's kieth in both versions ....kieth also plays halve the guitar solo with Mick Taylor in the 1969 get yet ya yas out version of symphony for the devil ...considered to be one of the greatest live guitar solos ever ....yeah kieth wrote almost all the songs and all the words to the stones catalog just one of the greatest guitarists in the world making rolling stobes magazine top 100 list ...
