After pregnancy, I noticed my hairfall but I stayed calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused approach.
I prioritized my nutrition, having nutrient-rich foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin.
I worked out regularly and practiced yoga for stress management.
I avoided styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress.
I also started using LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil combined with a neem wood comb.
The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.

Or, your hormones stabilized like they would have anyway. Post partum hairloss is always temporary. It's not like androgenetic alopecia.

If you are losing your hair make sure you check your iron and thyroid levels, and general minerals and vitamins especially zinc, D, biotin and those kind of ones. Also low estrogen level can cause hair loss. Treat your hair gently especially when brushing (dry with a suitable good brush). I was very worried when I started losing a lot of hair but it’s back to normal now so don’t panic :)

I also take pride in my hair and like to keep it strong and shiny, but about 3 months after a surgery, disaster struck and hair started falling out in clumps. I knew it was 'normal' and I did expect it, but it was no less terrifying 😢 Nothing that I had used before surgery seemed to work anymore in regard to hair growth (or maybe I just didn't have enough patience to let it work) and then I remembered you talked about Forcapil. I started seeing results a month into the treatment ♥ And as a bonus my nails have never looked better, especially the toenails that were really affected by all the hiking I did. Thank you

I had the same thing - didn’t lose a single hair while pregnant, then I started losing all my hair after giving birth. Thankfully I had way too much hair to begin with and it’s wavy, so after losing 25% I still have a very full head of hair. And another bonus is that my body hair is lighter and thinner too. 😊

Yeah that is definitely true. Before I was pregnant, I would have normal shedding during brushing and washing my hair. Now that I'm pregnant, there is barely any hair in my brushes and in the shower drain. It is all staying on my head!! So I'm bracing myself for some crazy shedding after I give birth.

You’re the perfect embodiment of divine feminine, Andreea, and it shows! You gave birth to a beautiful baby boy which in and of itself is miraculous. Keep a positive mindset during this process (my hair is strong, shiny and healthy) as with anything in life positive affirmations and outlook make a huge difference in our success. That way the universe conspires to make it become a reality. Lastly for those with budgetary restraints Beauty Pie has affordable hair loss ampules as well. Much love to you as well as hugs and kisses for sweet baby Eden!

I don't have issues with hair loss but the turban you recommend changed my hair time ( -30%) - I have a lot of mid thick,Mediterranean, wavy, frizzy hair. I also recommended it to some of my styling clients with different hair types and they were all satisfied with the results! btw, for my hair Kerastase nutritive hair mask for thick hair is the best. It also has an iridescent veil to it. I highly recommend it for women with my hair type.

I'm not suffering from hair loss due to pregnancy but from covid so I bought the René Furterer hair ampules after seeing your video about the French pharmacy products. I've used them twice. It does not make your hair greasy at all, however, I find the smell a bit strange and it will last for like a day and then it goes away. But it's definitely worth it because I've lost less hair. I will go on my third ampule today. Also, want to recommend the Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset series. It's THE BEST. Period. I've used it for about a year and my hair has grown like crazy and I don't experience split ends in the same way even though I've bleached my hair quite a bit :D I can add that I have long, fine, but thick hair. The hair clip tip I also started doing like 6-7 months ago instead of doing slick buns and tight ponytails.

I read this book when I had my first child, "The New Mother's Body Book" it helped a lot as I was young and knew next to nothing. In it, they say we lose 100 strands a day, but in postpartum as catch-up we lose 600 a day. That helped me rationalize.
What they don't tell you is the facial hair doesn't fall out until you're done breastfeeding. 😉
Now, I'm in peri-menopause and the hair has different issues. Integrating gray with minimal damage as everything is drier - that's a situation.

I'm suffering from a bit of hair loss now after my surgery. I was interested in the Rene Furterer Triphasic Reactional Serum but noticed it contains Alcohol Denatured - which is very drying to the hair. I'm not sure what benefit the addition of alcohol in this serum provides. So glad it is working for you. You have the most gorgeous hair of anyone I follow.

At the beginning of lockdown I was diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris. The hair falls out, the hair follicles die, and scar tissue forms. The hair is not supposed to grow back. I lost 1/3 of my hair in a short amount of time. I was devastated. I found a specialist. But all the prescriptions didn’t help. Soooo….I bought a laser cap and use it every day. The inflammation is gone. I’ve even noticed some new hair growth. Luckily I started with very thick hair so people say they don’t notice my hair loss. So right now I’m in remission and hope I stay there.

Because of pcos I had to deal with hair loss on and off for years, it is heartbreaking. These last two years my hair fell so much it's a wonder I still have hair on my head, my doctors could not find the reason for it, all hormones were normal, vitamins, everything normal and yet I was shedding like crazy. Thank God, this year I changed my shampoo (again), started using a lotion with caffeine and growth factors and am taking this vitamin with biosil and it worked \o/. I wish we had Rene Furterer where I live. Love this primer from Bumble and Bumble, been using for a minute and my hair enjoys a lot. Great tips, thank you. xo

You might want to check for food allergies. I’m 56 and ate wheat my whole life then poof I can not tolerate it anymore. What led me to this conclusion was my long very healthy hair coming out in clumps month after month. It is heartbreaking to see it lying around everywhere even at work. They checked my blood and I was severely deficient in iron zinc everything. So bad they thought I had arsenic poisoning (because I’d my job as a wastewater treatment operator). It didn’t matter how many vitamins or supplements I was taking no nutrients were being absorbed. Even though your levels might be normal something might be causing inflammation in your body. Just food for thought. Peace

A specialist for hair care in my country said that we should fan dry our hair because if you air dry your hair, the scalp is wet for a long time and then the yeast cells proliferate and then you may suffer dandruff🤷‍♀

The reason you can't get the OLLY hair vitamins in Europe is because Titanium dioxide in food products is BANNED in Europe. Unfortunately it's still used in USA.

Chére Andreea, I loved this video and I am more than grateful for your tips. I certainly need strength, hydration, and something else for my hair. I used to have thick, healthy hair all my life, but chemo therapy took off 50 % of it. Now the hair that grew back is like thin baby hair.
I can go to a hairdresser, get curls or a great cut, - by the time I am back home my hair hangs there straight and dry. I feel and look pretty for max.30 minutes. What you see in the picture,
was 5 yrs ago. Now the length is touching my earlobes and my hair growth is appr. 1 cm per year. On the other hand, why should I moan or complain? Isn´t it more important the fact I am 1again 100 % healthy! Have a nice summer and enjoy little Eden.

@@aspencorner2654 Thank you. I know it happens to most people. My mother had 3 chemos and lost also most of her hair 3 times. But her new hair was shiny and slightly curly. I keep telling myself I have hair and I am ok, there is no need to pay attention to such "small" details. We, women, are feminine and try to look as good as we can. Stay healthy and safe. All the best.

Did you try Minoxidil? I saw a lady that makes videos on UA-cam and she also had chemo and she grew her hair back with minoxidil. It is FDA approved for hairloss. It is a growth stimulant.

@@dianatrif7085 Hello Diana. Thank you for your advice. I actually have taken medicine that has Minoxidil in it. I tried it for 5 months, but unfortunately, it did not help me. I have had a bit more luck with Biotin. Regards from northern Europe.

Hi Andreea I'm in exact your situation 🙂. Just a question I've been using the sisley mask since a while. Is it OK adding to my hair routine the amika mask as well as the don't despair repair product and the bubble and bubble one 🤔, or it's too much? Thanks for being such a source of inspiration 🙂🙂
