Vigo brook 2 to 4 feet deep of dense clay suffocating the watercourse , rendering the brook ecologically devoid of life .
Both Walsall Council and the Environment Agency need get there act together , to regain this watercourse to its natural hard Stoney bottom it once had .
Along with Crayfsh , bulkheads and Stoneloach it once supported .
