I picked up the dragon palette and yes the brush too. I am being mindful of using as the packaging is very pleasing to look at and enjoy hourglass products however I do find the pans very small for my almost exclusively just BK beauty brushes. Great video!!
I have such sensitive eyes, I can’t use anything near them without my eyes running. I can use tubing mascara but nothing else. Thanks for your assessments! PS, I have a cat named Coco! ❤❤
I can’t use any waterproof eye products either. It’ll smudge or fade or run on me. I too only use tubing mascara, nothing last on my waterlines but the Chanel stylo yeux is the only that lasts on me and I’m sticking to that.
@@MelindaPavlich Yes, when a product is that expensive, it definitely is upsetting when it starts breaking! I am planning to go to Sephora soon and so maybe the Merit fragrance will be there. I wonder if they are going to have samples available.
@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews I have to tell you I bought the trio blush on their website abd they offered me a small fragrance sample. I said yes!! Thank you as I didn’t want to pay 98. For a blind buy…. Guess what ? The fragrance sample bottle. Was empty !!!! No Bottle just the empty box . I’m starting to steer clear of merit until they up their professional esthetic , it’s quite the opposite , and besides me losing money on. A monthly buy, it’s rather comical !! 😂😂😂😂😂
Hi Lisa, you had mentioned buying the Kylie skin tint of a discount was available. There is a 15% off Ulta app coupon that has been extended to end of day 11/4. There are some exclusions but it appears Kylie brand is eligible for the coupon
The main reason that i started this channel was to focus on products that do not contain irritating ingredients like synthetic fragrance, and that foundation stick (like most Dior beauty products) does contain fragrance. So I have not tried that one. I have heard many good things about it from people who do not mind having fragrance in their cosmetics, though. ❤
Those products certainly are expensive! insofar as people like them, it more seems to be about the user experience than what the finished look is like, I think. Thanks for letting me know which ingredients are of particular concern for you. ❤
The new Chanel highlighter diamond dust is pretty spot on with the light and berry compact’s highlighter. By Terry’s products specifically their loose powder has talc which is why I avoid that brand.
I'm not at all impressed with the Jane Iredale products. For e.g. the stick blusher, not very pigmented, and broke off from the container on about the third use even though I was not at all heavy handed with it. Also, quite small size. I don't think I'd buy again.
Great video! Thank you 😀
I'm so glad you liked it! ❤
Another informative video. Thanks Lisa.
i'm glad to hear you. liked it! ❤

The dragon palette is in my opinion the best one yet for fair skin peeps.
Thanks for sharing your experiences here - I am still interested in that one! ❤

My eyes are very sensitive too - it does make things difficult! I hope you find the channel useful. Say hi to your Coco for me!

Thank you very much - I appreciate your thinking to let me know!
Do you recommend the Dior Foundation stick that came out this year??

The Chanel and the By Terry are overly expensive. I think you can definitely achieve as good an effect for much less money.
Thanks for raising awareness about aluminium. I definitely want to avoid that, plus talc, as much as possible.
