College will have the rights to cancel your seat upon any conditions if you pay late. so don’t take chances.

At this point i would say it’s 50-50%. If you have filled the form earlier then you have chances but if you will fill now then it’s very less possible. Your 12th percentage should be above 80 to increase your chances as everything is working on either merit or management quota at this stage.
