Great video. RBI law says any cheque which is crossed and specifies "A/c Payee" will have to be treated as A/c Payee cheques even if OR BEARER is not crossed off. Only uncrossed cheques can be regarded as Bearer Cheque.

Brilliant work sir. I have one question why does bank charge to drawee if cheque is dishonoured due to signature mismatch of drawer . I have recently paid the price for being a drawee. This is highly unacceptable. Charges must be imposed from drawers account if the same is at fault.
