How do these compare with the power stars? I see that the tweeter material is different but the Mac Audio rep said don't differ much beyond that. Finding that hard to believe since there's a 150zl price difference in my country. Would love to hear from you and thank you.

You sold me on Mac Audio :) Can I try to add some constructive criticism? If you were to show the speakers just moving some air, with a good mic, I believe that your reviews can really be something that people will rely on and thus have more and more views. I see English comments on Russian review channels that do this. It doesn't matter what the guy is saying, just what he letting you hear.

Trying to get rid of my useless factory subwoofer and wondered if these can really punch low enough to do some very very light sub duty in well deadened doors. Would rather listen to these in person but it's hard to find anywhere to demo any speakers really. My options are basically these vs. sinuslive sl 16 + neo30's vs. pioneer a1600c

Mac Audio isn't a german brand anymore. They were a very nice german brand in the mid 2000's but they were bougt by some chinese company more than a decade ago and since they are junk. It's just like Nokia, that name is bought by China and today those phones are very far from the finnish company. So if you saying this is some kind of german quality, you not teling the truth... And what is that "Mac Audio Technology" in that crossover? It's 2 capacitors and a coil, basic low-pass filter literally the same board what other budget manufacturers are using. There is a MAC logo painted on it, wow that is an exceptional technology. Don't get me wrong, they may soung decent, but nothing exceptional, and very far from the original Mac Audio.

There is definitely a sound difference I do prefer the BLK’s over the power stars if you can get to that price point 😊
