Are these woofers realy worth it? As yes I would love to keep the space but do not want to compromise.so maybe better option just to get bigger removable enclosure unless this subs are really good as “normal ones? And they are double the price 😢

I actually like the form factor, yes there's a lot of power supplies, but the flexibility to be able to locate the speakers anywhere in the house without having to run a cable between the two is a big win for me.

Why am I just now discovering these and massive in general. Granted I am pretty new to auto audio but dam these are exactly what I'm looking for

Would love some of these for out and about audiophile goodness. My only concern is they are so clearly expensive even to folk that know nothing about audio, walking thru the city it would be so easy for someone to grab and run. Think for peace of mind I’d have to commit the carnal sin of painting over that beautiful wood for stealth & just don’t think I could bring myself to do it 😞

Ive just bought a technics 1210 mk7 for £200 less than this.

I still have my NAD 2200pe and a NAD 2600 amps. A 1982 PS audio elite integrated plus, And a pair of 1989 Infinity 8 kappa speakers. The Kappa`s needed bi-amped Always. I was told the 9 kappa`s were worse. dipping into the 3/4 ohm area on some musical passages.

I don't get it. How are these supposed to be mounted flush on a wall? The mounting brackets are on the top, which means it needs to be mounted to the ceiling at the 90 degree angle where the wall meets the ceiling, right? Seems there should be mounting brackets on the back (opposite side of the driver) so that it could be mounted flush against the ceiling or flush against a wall wherever you choose. Am I missing something here or are there mounting brackets on the back of this speaker, too? Thanks!

Very nice speakers. I am thinking about an upgrade from Classic8 to classic 25. What are the differnces and would you suggest such an "improvement"?

Just ordered this subwoofer now. I love the design of this and I believe it will be a good addition to my Tannoy Gold 8 speakers which is lacking a subwoofer at the moment. Got it for the equivalent of 295 usd including shipping and a braided 4m subwoofer cable.
