I’m a man and Have had chlamydia before, the most noticeable symptom I had was a single flat sore on the penile glan, closest comparison in appearance would be a herald badge that usually comes as a result of pityriasis rosea, felt this needed to be known as usually sores aren’t associated with chlamydia and so I’d assume people usually dismiss it as such.
