I'm an investor starting out. It's hard work. I'm up to 6 rentals. I do all the work myself. He's right, my weekends and holidays are spent working on houses but I enjoy it. As I do the work all I think about is the time I'll be able to sit back and relax collecting rent. Being where I'm at right now it's hard to imagine being as big as Ben. But not too long ago I had zero rentals. I just gotta get up everyday and keep working hard. I think the difference is i haven't really had someone I could lean on to help, mentor or teach me. I'll self taught but I'm out here doing it!

Ben doesn’t seem so bad. He gets worked up on koncrete. For what he does in real estate he’s a genius.

Amazing interview! Graham did a great job letting his guess speak without interruption and great question selection!
Quick question: how are you legally able to use an FHA loan to buy and ultimately rent out a home, I always heard with those kind of loans they have to be owner occupied for at least 2 years

Now this my favourite interview on the internet. I absorbed every molecule of it by writing every single Ben's answer word by word. Thank you.

I can see the pain in his eyes from his childhood, his heart helped him use it all as fuel to get him where he is. Amazing man.
