I have the paper white just brought recently. First thing I did was download the latest software. So I noticed that the library view is the same the oasis and not what you show on the paperwhite. I doubt they have different software versions for each kindle. Did you update? Anyway, I could be wrong just came to mind. No bid deal.

I absolutely love my 2021 Paperwhite! It was definitely worth the upgrade! I take it everywhere with me!

The oasis has an aluminum case, that cold hard plastic you feel is metal

The layouts are so different because they are on different versions of the software. Otherwise they are nearly identical.

My Oasis is slick as glass with no case, not sure how you can use it like that

If your books have color pictures, does it show the colors? Or is everything just in black & white?
Even the book covers are in black & white. Can you change that?
