    Some French restaurants are actually moving away from French tops in favor of a thermos. Easy to clean and can keep delicate sauces ready throughout the dinner service.

    with the Chateau cooker traditional top option with side gas burners is there a wok ring for either for use with the higher btu front gas burner or for the french plaque with its center ring removed?

    You showcase cooking with the gas burners, the French top, the t eppanyaki and the ovens, however, I cannot find any cooking tips on the Chateau’s gas lava grill. Does one exist?

    Induction is better, easier to clean, and the most energy efficient.
