You have to transfer your apple cash to savings.

Not true. You agree to have future Daily Cash sent to the Savings account, but you do not have to transfer your current Apple Cash balance (just tap the x to cancel moving Apple Cash. Your Daily Cash will start going to Savings, but you can move it to Apple Cash anytime you want (no fee).
If Apple was really smart they would raise cash back percentages. Apple products 4%, apple pay 3%, and apple card 2%. This is what I want Apple to do.

iOS 16.4 or later is required to sign up for the savings account. Apple references it in their press release. 😊
The apy is calculated daily but credited monthly. so they calculate it each day and then it hits your account at the end of the month.

No fees of any kind.
What do you need to know about the card? It is a basic cash back card with a 3,2,1 percent cash back system with literally no fees other than apr

Doesn’t matter as long you pay it off at the end of the month
Pay it off throughout the month. Don’t hold any balances otherwise you end up getting charged the APR. which in turn defeats the purpose of getting cash back.
If my Apple card gets stolen, will they have access to my savings?
how is it going to get stolen? if they you lose your apple card they dont have the number, physically yes Apple does provide a card to use, however the only way to access your card number is through your phone. Personally i have my apple card attached to my watch and phone. i leave my physical card at home, Apple Pay is 3% cash back. Hope this helps
@@lankdup I didn’t express my concern correctly. This is coming from someone who has never used Apple Pay. If I get a Apple Credit account and savings account and someone gets to my Apple Pay account will they be able to access my savings account. Thanks.
