- The florescent lighting is so bad in the breakroom of the hospital where Rafe works that I decided to turn them off for this video. I'm just using the light from the camera and the light coming in from the hallway.
Check out Ellen's wonderful knitting/beading store! Best customer service around!

And "Web's", America's Yarn Store, but I like to think of them as my "local" (3 hrs away) knitting/spinning/weaving store!

Since I started finally feeling better and finally went back to work last Friday (after nearly 2 weeks off for medical leave) we have been working frantically on the house. Our latest goal is to be in and celebrating Christmas there! I won't say that we will be finished, not by a long shot! But I can live with painting, etc. while living there once we move!
Deb! Beautiful socks..I would wear most of them..:) Woo Hoo!! In the house by Christmas!! I can' wait to see the updated footage..:)
Have a great day!!
Yeah, that is some gorgeous yarn!I finished my scarf last night (boring beige) and Hubby was thrilled. Wow, you were right about rivendell; those were stunning. Amazing. Have you tried bamboo yarn yet? Or hemp? I like that hemp gets softer with use and am tempted to order some. This was a cool video - that book is beautiful. Keep healing = sometimes infections can knock you on your backside.
i would love to make the hope socks for my aunt.
oh wow...knitting.
I'll be back! ;~}
