Finally, a vlog! Happy Groundhog Day!

Not much to ramble about.
I only hope it's cloudy tomorrow so that little rodent Punxsutawney Phil doesn't see his shadow! I'm sick of winter! But really, when does spring ever come to PA or New England on Feb. 2? Never! In fact, 6 more weeks of winter would be an early spring for us. So I don't hold much stock in the entire process. Besides, Phil always looks terrified to me.

No, I'm still working at the bank. I guess I didn't explain that too well, with Jake now I can't ride to work with Rafe because we used to leave at 1:30pm and not get back until 12:15am or later. Just too long to leave him in his kennel. That's the only reason I don't go with him. I can still knit but I've not been doing much after Xmas because too much to do on the house. What yarn and needle size are you doing? I like to use 5's a lot for the lace weight yarn, I go bigger with bigger yarn.

Hi Marylou, Pembrokes are very cute but a bit smaller than the Cardis. I'll reserve judgement on how much weight Jake needs to loose until the vet weighs him. I don't trust household scales. But for now I've just cut the food back a tad until we can exercise more.

Yeah, I don't imagine you can knit much or visit friends or anything til it's done. But oh, an investment of a lifetime, eh? Your back breaking labor is going to pay off big time. And by the way, the view from the office window is spectacular. Beautiful.

Yep, no more care vloggin' for me for a while. I hope that when I get trained to be a Therapy Dog trainer that Jake can come to the hospital with us when Rafe works and I can take him to the nursing home and Rec Room there and let the vets spend time with him. If he is there working the hospital will let me bring him...I hope! I used to look forward to the weekends because Rafe and I could spend time together, now it's pretty lonely. :-(

Hi there, sweet lady! Great to see you and hear about what's been going on. I know what you mean about trying to make a vlog and not knowing what to say...I personally get tired of always complaining about my job and I'm sure everyone else gets tired of it too :)

actually Deb..is was just over 49 minutes..boy can we talk..lolol..quite a bit of it is just talking with/about the dogs..like we have nothing better to talk about..Becca and I are going to work on getting it down to 10minutes tonight to post..the rest I will senduit to you..maybe tomorrow? lolol..who knows..

I don't think I've ever seen Most Haunted. I'll have to look for it. Do you know what channel it usually comes on? Or is it just Canadian? I'm a sucker for watching all shows paranormal and my secret desire is to be a member of T.A.P.S! I love so close to Rhode Island don't you think they will take me on? LOL I've had a lot of paranormal experiences, especially in my ex-mother-in-laws house in Iowa which had a lot of amazing activity.

I should have paid her to erase the footage ;-) You can try giving it to me with senduit and we'll see how that goes. Don't worry about boring your subs, they can deal with it. I always just figure if someone isn't interest (as in my knitting vlogs) they can not watch that one.
