Check the brake calipers for that problem when the car pulls to the right when braking. Your brakes may be solid, but it could be a difference in pressure in one of the calipers.
I would not use the Navi of those older models. The maps disk have been discontinued since quite a few years. That is assuming someone actually made the effort of updating since the original set up in 2007. New roads, sometimes changing one way direction. Use waze or google maps on your phone, much safer. And adds the traffic info
