You actually have a way higher chance of dying with a seat belt at excessive speeds over like 90-100mph. It can end up decapitating or severing all your limbs from your torso if you hit something. Best to not wear it so you can get launched. Happened to one of my friends uncles was in a accident at 120mph and was told the only reason he survived is because he didn't have his seat belt on if he did his head wouldn't have been attached to his body anymore.

They don't really let you move freely like regular old cars belts do and it's goes over their whole chest not across their neck.... racing seat belts are a whole new world. Way safer than a regular car. They don't allow your body to move so you won't have a ton of Gs hit you if you do get in an accident unlike a regular seat belt.

You’re right that in a Trackhawk you feel like you’re going slower than you actually are. I thought I was doing 70-75mph and looked at the speedometer and I was going 120mph. It’s the complete opposite in my truck because 35mph feels like 80mph
In all reality put a 500-700 hp civic against a 700-800hp trackhawk and it'll be close (maybe) but there's a strong chance the honda will gap his ass, don't get me wrong the trackhawk is my dream but it's just a really powerful AWD double wide trailer
