I have non active Plan View. And when I create Plane View > Floor Plan there is no L3. Only create duplicate of existed. And also when selecting element, have no toolbar to enter the size (above working area)

Thanks for this, I've only used 2023 cause that's what my laptop could handle but I've upgraded to a mini pc and switched to 2025 and the appearance change makes it look daunting but you helped me understand its the same but with a few addons
