And what really helped the most(I saw this in a joe Frazer video) was DRINK LIQUID CALORIES! You can get so many calories by doing that.
Before i even watched the video, i knew who he was going to end up with and i don't even know how. I can actually see these two as a lovely couple, that will last for a long time. They compliment each other quite well.
