How do i get the reverse scene? I raised the covenant level to 3 and i tried to kill and headpat her and lose the battle but the reverse scene just doesn't occur.
You get her Covenant by talking to her, headpat, get heart eaten, going back after death and talking, then leave screen and return, talk one more time and you get the Covenant. Unless by "his" you mean Conductor Hein, sadly, you cannot get a bromance with Hein, go find lizard-boy for your bro-headpats.
