Here is a suggestion, to improve the illusion of you being a statue. Get a piece of plywood of maybe 3/4 thickness and paint it. 2x2 feet i guess, or what ever you prefer. Then stand on it. It will increase the illusion that you are standing up because of the plywood and not standing on your feet.
