Congratulations! Its a beautiful home. We have a closing day our town home this month. The process was stressful but God pushed us through. It had to be him because baby!!! I thought about quitting atleast 3 times 😂

Congratuations. I am in the process of buying my first home. Its a new build so it wont be until April 30th (hopefully) before I close, and just like you guys, I've only told 1 person and wont tell anyone else until closing day. Such a long wait lol. It's great to see two young people making their way in life!

I’ll say get that credit score right & make sure there’s nothing petty on it. Also your Debt ratio has to be good. For example making sure your monthly expenses doesn’t go over your monthly income & Save.
