My Irish and Scottish ancestors and immediate family lives started shortening recently at 93-95 instead of 98-103 due to my sedentary lives in their elder ages.

He is right. Tracing my ancestors back to the 1700s it was towns that killed a lot of them younger. It was worse foods - sugar etc when they moved from a diet of veg, fish, eggs and meat if they could find it to more junk foods and as he says not walking - all those new jobs where you were sitting at desks - very bad for us all.

He spoke the truth about the spring water. I doubt there's a water source in Ireland today, which hasn't been contaminated from spreading slurry.
