The clear thing is the abilities Gifanny does is inspired XANA from Code Lyoko, he's an AI program that travels as an electronic force and it doesnt matter where he goes as long as there's a network to allow travel and he has the ability as a Multi-Agent System to control multiple electronics & shown on own to control machinery.
