Now for the big question; was THIS what the fortune tellers meant when they said Jaiden was gonna be a mother of three?
She should be saying 8 or 10 then XD
I've heard that she has a cat too
But they weren’t fertile so she wouldn’t be a mother
One of them also said that someone close to her would have a child and she would get really attached to it, and since jaiden was attached to the eggs enough to not get rid of them I think it counts 💀
No. It was about her three pets. Ari, Tofu, and Tostada
To answer your question pretty much all birds can lay eggs without a male to fertilize them, what Jaiden's dilemma was she doesn't know whether or not Ari is a boy so she doesn't know if the eggs will hatch or not.
birds laying infertile eggs is like humans having periods
This, this is actually the best way to explain imo
At least they only have them if they start nesting, we get period no matter if we plan family, or even are in relationship :(
@@sheridanwolf Yeah! TwT
I love how honest you are. Most people would be like "oh when you have kids, its the best thing ever. What, you cant afford it? Just have them. Youll figure it out." But no. You are very honest. "make sure your ready". Its very simple, but you barely ever hear it
One of my worries upon watching Jaiden's video was pretty much the same- I was scared that people would jump at her calling her all types of thing for not letting the eggs hatch, like "animal 4bus3r" and so on (specially her twitter haters that are all either incels or conservative people), because it's the internet, but bird owners have proven her right and talk in video reactions about that what Jaiden did really is the best option, specially considering that if Tofu were to raise them, she'll need to hunt for worms or whatever birds eat and I can just imagine that being a whole chaos
The proper term is Fertilized😁
Also imagine how incredibly stressful and hard it would be for her to take care of baby bird chicks. She has to feed them, and watch them for hours and make sure they are properly taken care of.
Thank you for watching this video of hers. It was really entertaining to watch, I've watched your channel for a couple years now and now that I'm an adult, I just want to say how much your channel has meant to me over the years. Thank you for making every reaction to a video. So entertaining and fun to watch.❤
I actually ask a friend about this, she told me that it is too complicated for vets to operate on birds to get them fixed.
And the word would be fertilized
For non hatchable eggs
7:08 That's... actually not entirely true. While MOST store bought eggs are unfertilized, some actually are fertile. It makes no difference in the way it tastes though, and eating fertile eggs isn't bad for your health. Still though...
The term is fertilized. Germinate is for plants
Btw i can confirm that birds can die from eggs getting stuck..
She nested in her cage and… yeah.,
bird Eggs don't need a male to be laid because it's basically, the most crude form I can say, its the 'result of a period for female birds'. Those eggs will never become baby birds. Ever. But if THERE is a male than some of those eggs can become baby birds
Did you mean fertilized?😂
I’m just happy to know that Jaiden was able to find out what to do for those innocent eggs! I just hope she is doing alright still!
That's a total of 11 eggs Tofu laid. 🥚😱
I thought it’s 8 with those 3 included
Jaiden said it was a total of 8, said it twice
We used to have birds like Ari before... Or atleast my grandpa did, they lived in an elevated cage by the side of our house because they'd have a roof. Whenever they laid eggs, they'd either just fall and break at the bottom of the cage, or stay inside their birdhouse, I've never seen one hatch and I never knew whether they were boys in that cage but he sold them to someone else
Answering your question, yes all birds can lay eggs without a male, e.g My parakeet is female and she lays eggs but there's no male involved so they're not fertilized, so I just throw them away cuze otherwise they'll go rancid.
To answer your question yes, birds can lay eggs without a male almost all of them, but you would say fertilized or fertile as a child friendly word♥️
Watched you when I was in elementary school I'm in highschool now I'm glad to see your doing well and still making content
I can feel where Jaiden's coming from, I'd probably have kids myself, if that happened to me. Happy Holidays, everyone!
Yay your back!
Simply put, for an egg to be fertilized, the male has to mate with a female. And whatever eggs are fertilized, are the ones that are laid and eventually develop into chicks.
If a female is either ready to drop its old eggs for newer ones (basically a bird period), if it's kept within eye range of its mate, but prevented from mating, or if it's mate can't fertilize the female (whether it be because the mate's an infertile male or if the mate is another female), it can still display the same brooding behavior as a fertilized female and lay infertile eggs that won't develop into any chicks.
In the case for chickens, they are a social species that quite often lay plenty of decently sized, infertile eggs, which were desired traits that led to humans domesticating them. Some chickens are even bred to produce more eggs or even serve as surrogate mothers for other birds' eggs.
I’ll never get sick of this intro
Honestly, people who have pet chickens still eat the unfertilized eggs, so I don't see much problem in boiling the eggs if you plan to try something new and eat tiny boiled eggs. Maybe they'd be disgusting, but who knows, Conure eggs are probably a delicacy somewhere in the world 😂 idk
And if the problem was that the eggs may be fertilized so that's why it would be wrong to boil and eat them, I'll tell you straight that it doesn't freaking matter. I grew up with usually 20 something chickens ( I now hate chickens ), we had hens and a couple roosters intermingling year round, and as long as we cooked the eggs before the baby chicken started growing, we ate the fertilized eggs, because there was no way to tell which ones were and which ones weren't.
Unfertilized Eggs Christine lol
Hello I’m a new sub I love your videos since I was little 😁
I don’t know if it works with all species but some birds can change their gender although it is rare so that could be what happened
New reaction!
bfdi
Found you neyheheh
I would give them to the pets store to hatch them
Did you know that the bird is the word?
Just as a little info, for anyone that does end up with baby birds, in most cases you NEED to be somewhat of a professional. The style of heating, materials, and space you need for a baby bird is a lot, which is why most bird owners will never let the eggs hatch. Even if the idea of baby birds is something they want. It’s something that takes a lot of time, energy, AND MONEY. Which is why it’s mostly done by professional bird owners or farmers.
Jaiden just used the word "mother" to ari as a joke, because yes, they can't create life out nowhere without a male. But since Tofu was the one that laid the eggs, Jaiden still don't have the confirmation if Ari is or is not a male
Yeah but she could have gave them to someone else. There still is the adoption option for both animal and human babies
Also about having kids or having animals have babies its about responsibility, You in charge to make sure that those little lifes will have a good life with a good family where they get everything they need and treated well. Its more then just let nature cook its not nature anymore if you in charge of those lifes
Lol!!!!
You're thinking of fertilized
Birds lay eggs ,but for them to hatch they need to be fertilized tho she didn't know if Ari is a boy or girl
😂
I think some birds can laid eggs asexually so yeah they can hatch
Awww so did my ladygirl in august
7:35 word is fertile or infertile
edit: nvm lol
yeah i think the eggs would be like infertile right…girl idk birds but i’d be gagged if they could
The fortune tellers were right!
her psychics were right....
🐦🐦 You are... Correct!! birds that are female can lay eggs but it can lead to a deficiency in calcium and other health problems in summery it could hurt the bird. ☹☹
Can you please have the volume of the video you're reacting to higher, I can barely hear it.
:)
3rd
9:00 I think it's about hormones? If a girl bird finds a nice place to lay eggs she can even without a man bird
The same works with chickens! I have chickens and it doesn't matter if there's a rooster or not, they won't lay eggs if they can't find a safe safe place to lay/don't feel safe in thier environment they won't lay
Hey Question what is your sexuality like Lesbian or others
I believe she's straight
I mean she has a husband and a child so she MAY… not be a lesbian lol
Jaiden's solution was despicable! She should brought the eggs to a pet store or something, they're could've taken care of the babies
(I stopped subscribing to her because of this!)
