Jon really got himself in a pickle… He definitely had this coming messing around with married women, and the women are no better. Please stop cheating on your spouses, just get a divorce!!
Sad reality of life is that you can't control anyone, PERIOD. Married or not people desire who they desire. Sure a piece of paper keeps some faithful but for the most part couples aren't as happy as they like to appear. Everyone has a wandering eye, its not just men. I agree that one should get a divorce, but like this couple, what keeps them together is fear of losing kids or money or houses. It's NOT love that keeps most couple together.
NO, don’t even get a divorce if all you want to do is cheat……instead get counseling, seek to know why you would even want to cheat. Many cheat because they are empty, hoping someone ..anyone will fill their cup. Only Jesus fulfills and makes people whole.
Jon did not deserve murder, the game of sex is older than the Bible, people play it all the time! not a reason to murder, not these days when it happens all the time no matter male or female, black or white, older or younger, murder is NOT a valid reason for jealous possessive obsessive emotions😮
They say ...once a cheater always a cheater. You would be foolish to think that she will not cheat again. She has no self control and looks to her needs first instead of thinking about others. She is the definition of someone who is toxic.

Eric should have just separated when he found out about his cheating wife, why stay, he'll always have doubts because the trust has been broken. As for Jon, a single man, a "professional" having affairs with his clients and married women is really awful.
Men have had mistresses and concubines since the beginning of time. Religions which I would like to point out often times view women as property and in some religions you can have multiple wives. In Europe and especially France it is quite common for two people who love one another to get married, but also take lovers though it is not hidden from the other and the married couple have kids and this is normal practice. It's problematic for me when ppl so broadly say not to sleep with married women as if they are someone else's property. Humans all have desires and affection. Some marriages go stale but children are involved and a divorce would be traumatic for the child or children and women who were doted on and courted and impressed at the gate, but later once children where involved and the husband knew divorce unlikely, you see the true side come out and they give less affection, the flame dies out it happens. I have empathy for every person in the triangle and just wish ppl would acknowledge it takes two to tango and stop treating the wife like she's someone's property because of vows but nobody brings up the fact the husband was sleeping around also. Women are often treated as lesser or blamed in ways a man would never be. It's a cautionary tale also played out since the beginning of time. Ppl getting killed in jealousy over their other half cheating but I've come to realize that it is much more complex then that These women don't hate their husband's, but miss being appreciated, doted on, loved and they connect with someone who they like and it happens. Someone shouldn't have lost their life over it but this is typical of all animals in the kingdom. The male asserts his dominance and will fight to the death over the female, show off and impress the female, and mate so the progeny can continue the circle of life. When you look at it from the human aspect it's easier to understand.

Lol right? These are the real questions. I started shaking my head as soon as the psychic was brought up. I can't believe people still think psychics can do what they claim. If they could, they'd be employed by every law enforcement agency in existence and wouldn't need investigators. I mean the clues are all there people, you just need to open your eyes. If there is no better evidence surfacing, it will be a waste of time and money to trial again. Scratching my head how license plates are still blurry in this day and age of high technology.
Because this is store security, not license plate readers. They're not made to see every detail no matter what the distance, nor accounting for the vehicle being in motion. What puzzles me is how people seem to believe that "computers" should just be capable of anything. People believe there's just this huge bank that includes all the information of every crime ever committed and if law enforcement just enters some extremely vague search terms, all these results will come up that definitely include all the reports & even person notes and observations and details of evidence, even on crimes 20 or 30 years old, so why haven't they figured this stuff out? I get that today's generation has been brought up with a lot of instant gratification when it comes to answers but in reality, there's almost always a lot of hard work behind those answers. You're just not the one doing the work to get it.
The main issue isn't the quality of camera, but rather storage. High definition video takes an immense amount of storage space, and running the cameras 24-7 doesn't help. Many of these places simply lack the resources and the wherewithal to invest in storage solutions to take into account those storage needs. Not only that, but you then have to deal with organizing all of the security footage, which takes time, effort, and money many of these places either don't have at all, or aren't willing to part with.
Nothing can be blamed on a psychic....she was a damn grown independent woman who made her choice completely on her own! She may have used the excuse for her murdering husband, but I am not falling for it. There were tons of lies in the case told by the murderer, so he has zero credibility to believe that nonsense!! Even the nonsense of randomly burning a tiki stick for 5 minutes for his 4 year old daughter after arriving back from "dumping bricks" illegally at the dump....also a bunch of nonsense!!
I think the daughter is Jon’s. He HELPED them get pregnant & then continued a years long affair with the wife. If the affair ended 7 months prior why did he just randomly do it ? I think he tested the child & the prosecutors in the second trial should look into that as well.
What is it with all these comments condemning the single man like he was at fault? He was a bachelor who was sleeping with a married woman who obviously didn't value her marriage enough to remain faithful to her husband or to keep the family unit intact for her child. That's not his problem but hers, and it sure as hell doesn't warrant losing his life. Married women get hit on all the time because people aren't mind readers. If she's not committed enough to say "I'm married" and decline someone's advances, then she shouldn't be married. A person lost his life because of an adulterous woman and her unhinged husband. Imagine picking prison over divorce. Also, thanks for a lesser-known case! So many of the channels I listen to repeat the same cases over and over.
The husband is not in prison, it was a mistrial and it’s unlikely it will be taken to trial again as the DA doesn’t have enough evidence to convict as the jury couldn’t reach a guilty verdict.
Maybe he took suicide and wanted to take the husband with him because he lost the affair.

Walking out of the courtroom holding hands with that murderer proves that fact!!! When he came home from murdering that man she had to have known something was up, and I wouldn't be surprised if she knew he left to do it. Randomly burning a tiki for a 4-year old in the backyard on some random night for 5 minutes? and delivering bricks to a site, but no bricks being visible in the truck nor does the security guard at the site see you. That's why family testimony is the most biased and useless testimony in existence. Less reliable than eyewitness testimony and polygraphs. The family is either full of shit or ignorant. Almost sounds like he was using his clinic to strictly pick up chicks. And he had a gambling problem.
It’s always like that in a murder. Oh my boy never hurt a fly. My boy was such a positive help to the community.
Jon did evil. Fafo
Not just once though.. I thought it was some kind of love shit. But hearing he had affairs with not one but more married women..that is some weird sht lol.. the guy mastered how to get a married woman to bed.
Eric should have just separated when he found out about his cheating wife, why stay, he'll always have doubts because the trust has been broken. As for Jon, a single man, a "professional" having affairs with his clients and married women is really awful.
Yet everyone is here crying about Jon being the victim. That man was absolutely foul sleeping with dudes wives.
Ppl getting killed in jealousy over their other half cheating but I've come to realize that it is much more complex then that
These women don't hate their husband's, but miss being appreciated, doted on, loved and they connect with someone who they like and it happens. Someone shouldn't have lost their life over it but this is typical of all animals in the kingdom. The male asserts his dominance and will fight to the death over the female, show off and impress the female, and mate so the progeny can continue the circle of life.
When you look at it from the human aspect it's easier to understand.
And face financial ruin by having to support a cheater the rest of his life.
@@SkyKing-e4uYou really write a lot Mr shameless, yes cheating was there before religion, also at that time it comes with consequences i believe in each time there was a system to protect each person's rights probably better than right now after religion sent by god, religion guidance are to live in a healthy society with happy people around us not people full of hate because they couldn't get there justice because of people like you, who like to support the winning side. The married woman was the worst one in this situation. Disgusting.
If there is no better evidence surfacing, it will be a waste of time and money to trial again. Scratching my head how license plates are still blurry in this day and age of high technology.
Store owners don't buy cameras to record license plates on a street 75 feet away, they buy them to record the immediate vicinity of their store.
Nah, even cheap cameras are pretty good now.
Blurry because there are a lot of cheap Radio Shake cameras and the magic photo enhancement tech they always use on tv and movies is fiction.
These women really could not get enough of Jon. And the psychic is just unbelievable for condoning all this.
A dumb psychic.. I won’t be surprised the psychic is also a cheat.

@@Native722 the wife is pretty boneless & only the ' white ' is just that pretty?
Why not just Divorce her! She may have had many more affairs he didn't know or was to too blind to see. The one in the relationship is the homewrecker!!! Can't blame nobody but the person in the relationship!!
I believe he stated on the stand that he would never leave her... not to mention they had recently had a child together.
@@loveforeignaccents
I wonder who the father is
@@jimwerther I think her husband certainly would have gotten a paternity test once he found out about the affair.
They have dated since high school... she was his best friend and family... she f up.
Kids and she is hot
Great video and details about the case. I live in Hawaii and you provided much more detail than the local news.
Once a cheater always a cheater.
Forgiving cheaters is simp behaviour guys.
Run and don't look back.
Your name is soy boy…. Bro you are a cuck.
After this particular experience though, I honestly don't think she will cheat again. Leave him maybe, but never cheat again.
Indeed
Once a cheater, always a repeater
So true 😢😢😢
Why didn’t she just divorce? She is at fault too. I hate cheaters! They hurt not only others but themselves too. Murder should never be an option. This is so tragic. Thanks for this story since I never heard of it. If you know there is ever a chance you will cheat then you shouldn’t ever get married.
His a man.. 👍🏼 of wife come's first and adolescent dignity goes second to third 🙏🏼
Look alike a Dignity of a Sub politician?
My favorite UA-cam crime documentary channel!
Dude, I LIVE for your channel! I have seen every video at least twice! You have the perfect voice and attitude for these types of documentaries. Really am a big fan! Much love and respect from your friends/fans here in Cleveland, OH!
Ah man, thank you so much! Glad you’re enjoying what we’re putting out there. Appreciate the support too!
Very interesting case, excellent narrative and video images. Great job.
47 year old unmarried man messing with married women, I'm sure that once they are divorced he loses interest he's looking for the excitement of an illicit relationship. In my opinion he had it coming
Eric and Joyce walking out of the courthouse together is so odd. She is a lying cheater and he's a control freak. Their relationship will not have a happy ending and is silly for them to put on a front like it will. And as others have said, Eric should get a DNA test for their child in case Jon really did a lot more helping in Joyce getting pregnant.
Well if the husband found out if Jon was the father she might be killed too tho.
some men believe in their marriage vows
@@clayton56tube And men that believe in marriage vows are one in millions, and they deserve an applause.
Eric not only believes the marriage vows but also fully enforced it. He's got balls.
It's their decision to make, and typically outsiders only see 1% of what goes on in other people's relationships.
Really enjoy your videos. I believe 100% he did it. What are the chances of narrowing done the trucks to one and that owners wife just happened to have had an affair with the victim? But without a "smoking gun" I think they will have a hard time getting an entire jury to agree on guilty.
Apparently there's no tracking or logging software in those vehicles. I thought most had it these days. Remember how crucial it was in the Murdaugh case.
This case isn’t over yet???
I believe it was the wife who did it.
Jon liked risky behavior, affairs with married women, probably addicted to the excitement, similar to his illegal gambling. He chose the life that led to these results.
Wow this was a great show. You deserve a million subs. Great job
Another excellent video JTL! Your channel is always a notch above everyone else’s. Great quality content. Much love 💕
They dated for 13 years.. Eric knew he had no business marrying this woman, and all her behaviors proved him right. If only he listened and not married her all this could’ve been avoided.
yup 👍🏼 the marriage is just a social binding for portraying social dignity & racial privileges
But mix modern culture is what I wouldn't hv in mind 👍🏼
All is needed was a simple devorse but never came to lights 🙏🏼
He chooses dignity ego centric & shambles like an attitude mask, significantly showing his not a ' family men ' but more of a Luxury Monger's & not an adolescent caregiver 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
They are trauma bonding hard as people who met while they were really young
married ppl, stop acting single. single ppl, leave the married alone.
While I see it was highly like he killed Jon, there was definitely reasonable doubt.
I don’t think they’ll prove guilty unless they switch up and get better or more solid evidence.
@@FreddieK-h1u wrong... coincidences don't happen like that. What are the chances the exact truck was owned by his ex-lover's husband? The only truck they couldn't rule out? And the timing was impeccable? Let alone dude starts a fire in the backyard that night, leaves with a toolbox, and says he dumped bricks which both isn't allowed & not in the bed of the truck? I don't see any reasonable doubt.
@@TIMTIMEdits you obviously have never watched cases with such evidence that turn out to be coincidences. happens fairly often. not saying this guy is innocent but there are cases where innocent have been convicted on these coincidences
@@cheery-hex do you even know what the odds would be for the ONLY TRUCK with 3 letters and 3 numbers in the same make and model and the only one unaccounted for in all of Hawaii would happen to be owned by the husband of his ex-lover? I mean those odds must be ASTRONOMICAL.
@@TIMTIMEdits the issue that there are "ODDS" is the reason why there is reasonable doubt and could not convict.
@@rachelmoore1991 that's doesn't sound as smart as you think it does. There are odds in DNA, in the hundreds of millions... even then, DNA is considered perfect, even with odds.
Thanks Kevin! Best vibes to you and yours 🙂
No music. Just the facts. I like that.
I love this channel and yr voice is soooo soothing, hello from New Zealand xx
Another great and well researched delivery. Thank you.❤
no sympathy for the victim. if he was alive, can they convict him for adultery? i dont think so! he just ruined 3 families already
Might be more than 3. It’s just those 3 are called to stand.
Maybe it’s someone else who saw the opportunity.
yeah kev that smile at the end, u know u outdid yourself on this one ! bravo. i just became a bonafide member. took a bit of time. had ta get muh money right, muh money right muh money right. :D
Thanks for another great video. I don't understand why you don't have more subscribers. You are as good, if not better, than the others in your genre who have over a million!
The thing is most of those other channels who have over a million subs don't even tend to get half the views from their total sub count. This channel grows quite substantially from week to week and will eventually be at a million or more anyhow.
