Lackadaisy (Pilot) : • LACKADAISY (Pilot)
This whole video is basically me being down bad over Zib😭
Oh, well.. He's gonna be stuck in my brainrot for years now...
So, what canon (and almost canon) representation in Lackadaisy we've got so far:
- Zib is bi and crossdresses; has a hint of drug addiction
- Seraphine is bi (confirmed) and Nicodime is also hinted to be bi
- Mordecai is aromantic asexual, and is *heavily* implied to be either autistic, OCD or both; also has brain damage
- Wick has PTSD and sleeping issues
- Victor is handicaped
- Rocky has brain damage and I really can't see him and Freckle as neurotypicals, there's definitely something going on with them, but it's yet to be confirmed/denied. Also, I wonder if Rocky's affinity to certain.. substances can be counted as drug addiction.
Mordecai has brain damage?
Did he have a similar accident to Rocky perhaps?
I have been binge reading the comic but maybe I missed the part where it happened (?

Here's my input:
Zib is definitely bi with signs of depression
Mordecai is strongly aeroace and Aspergers with ocd (like me)
Nicomene and Seraphine are both bi and have some insanity traits
Wick does have high anxiety and ptsd but is in love with Mitzi as shown in the comics
Ivy and Feckle are both straight, tho I wish Calvin was bi cause.... look at him XD any gay guy like me would fall for him
Rocky definitely bi I would see that, and either has severe adhd or Aspergers like me and insanity traits or he gets really hyper from sugar and caffeine, so literally any gamer / college student lol
Viktor is straight and has depression / ptsd and anger issues
Finally Horatio is straight and a cute bean lol 😂😂
I've only seen Tracy's tumblr post about mordecai being asexual, where did she say that hes also aromantic? /genq (Im aroace so no aggressiveness here trust me)

What I love about Lackadaisy is they have a good way of incorporating interesting facts about the roaring 20's and how much they've study what went down back then, while teaching it in a very entertaining way to a modern audience about 96 years after this chronically took place in 1927. While I haven't seen that many 1920's themed adaption in animation, this easily ranks #1 in my books.

I've always interested in old era's culture which my friends suggested me to watch the animation since it takes place in 1920. (English isn't my native language, sorry if it sounds confusing or anything.. I do have more opinions about the animation's theme but I can't seem to translate it in English very well..)

When I was really deep into the comics, I had it down bad for all the characters (like why is Tracy so good at drawing hot characters oml) but Zib really hits different. This was very relatable!

oh that's a pretty random question uhm.. I guess, I might be a good and bad person at the same time? At some point, I do think I have a rotten side.. Whenever I get frustrated or mad, I'd probably create negative effects towards the people around me.. Yelling, swearings or any anger issues something like that..
I guess my inner child mindset would still say "yes, I do believe it." But I couldn't careless about an afterlife whether it truly exist or not, I'd just enjoy my life until the end, whether I'm having a bad day or good one.
