There’s something special about Motorweek’s video production; it’s got a vaguely ‘90s style and nostalgia WITH modern editing quality but WITHOUT all the fluff that you usually get elsewhere.
@@zohaib876Lots of autocross in our Tri State man. I race in CT, but this year I’m really going all out. Some SCCA events in mass, CT, and trying to get into open track days too. Try motorsportsreg and SCCA to find local clubs. Our SCCA region is NER. (NER: New England region)
aww yes,i remember the lone time I went to an Auto-X . Waste the entire day to get 2 or 3 few minute runs and pay $$ for it. The worst was to do a 1/4 mile run. Drove almost 3 hours 1 way, waited aboutanother hour to get into the track, then another 2 hours to finally line up. Complete BS. This is in south FL
FR, I don't see the appeal of track days for this exact reason, also need a helmet and for me I can't stand cones in auto cross, I get confused, almost failed my motorcycle test because of that, but the instructor saw I can ride well and was only hindered by the cones. You could just hit up some back roads or onramps at night or something and still hit the same trap speeds as a 1/4 mile, I might buy one of those gps 1/4 mile performance meter things too, less of an ordeal than stupid track days. Only real track day I ever saw but didn't race in, that was worth a damn, was at Road America, it's a huge track with a big straight that has big sweeping turns one would be hard pressed to replicate safely on public streets.
Looks super fun, sadly nothing like this anywhere near where I live, unless I went to drive at Lime Rock again or try the Watkins Glen upstate....NYC is a pure car enthusiast shithole !!
That's a clean mustang
Is that a sn95 cobra 😳😳😳 … those need more love and attention

@@zohaib876 Lime Rock or Watkens Glen are in CT and NY, respectively. Both phenomenal tracks.
I autocross & I’m 14. In a 2006 Toyota Matrix base😂. Oh well, it’s a “reliable race car” as I call it.
thanks for this comment. I'm trying to get my friend to go, but he thinks needs a "cooler" car than his VW Jetta.

Let's get a Prius in there!
Fast, furious, and fun. I would love to try. I wish i had a car so could I appreciate it more.
I did a NASA driver event at Summit Point years ago 😅
This is just awesome!!
Perfect !!
Is that a Ferrari 308 GTi??😮
Da hora 👍😁😁

They actually do this at a closed small airstrip by my place and I live far from a race track. Google them near you.
Sure thanks, I want look on Long Island there's lots of space for such events there👍
Many clubs do autox at met life stadium
Thank you, you both gave me something to find.
Now just have to get the car ready.
👉💨💨💨😎‼️
A mustang for cornering ? 😂😂😂 a dump truck wouldve been better .
Not true, Sir
Anyone who makes claims of mustangs can’t corner have never driven one that’s been properly set up.
It's not the Mustang man, it's pretty much always the stupid owner...
@@nickthompson214 So true, Nick
Been successful in every motorsport there is yet the internet thinks they can't corner lol
