ps- plants also eat flies, they go after and kill other plants in order to survive... So sure, photosynthesis is their conversion process but it also is tied with active killing to survive. 😊 (Brandon, i know you know this already. Just a silly reminder God made nothing that won't kill to survive.)
I’ve said it for years: if a person understands the horrors that happen during a famine, they cannot worship the god who sends it. Parents giving their children dung to eat. Eating siblings who starve to death. Suicide so your family doesn’t have to feed you. Children begging their parents for food until they take one last sleep in their parents’ arms. Parents selling babies for grain. And god went, “Yep. They deserve this for worshipping other gods.” Call Yahweh all powerful. Call him all-knowing. Call him anything. But you can’t call him good.
@hapihotz In his book "Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth" Reza Aslan mentions that cities that were under siege by Rome (of course, it was God's punishment) they actually ate the leather of their belts and sandals; tufts of grass. And when they were weak beyond help, Rome attacked and ended up killing all the inhabitants. So he first used Rome to starve them into being unable to resist, to making Roman armies destroy them and their cities.
You can call a God that starves his children good, but only if you value getting rewards in heaven more than you value being honest, as many Christians do.
When I point out that human parents are subject to investigation if they don’t feed, clothe, educate, shelter, provide healthcare for their children, but an Eternal N-Dimensional omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Being gets a pass - it’s not well received from believers They resort to “free will” and “The Fall”
I was thinking the same thing. Good parents don't withhold basic provisions as a form of punishment. Even secular laws recognize that (without being taught morals from an ancient, culturally targeted book) and make it illegal.
I think this one always gets me. Christians will use examples of how they prayed to God, and that helped them with drug addiction. That's great. Why isn't this God answering these children's prayers?
yup, i know its so trite at this point, but it doenst change how true it is. Every time god "answers a prayer" for car keys, or helping you forgive your neighbor or whatever, he simultaneously just watched hundred of people die and thousands suffer from horrific things all around the world many of who were praying also.
Great point. I attended the alpha course previously and listened to one of the speakers who was a nice middle class university professor who asked god to help her decide what university to go to, what phd to do and absolutely void of irony over the millions upon millions in the past 120 years who were killed in two world wars, nazi death camps and more wars and starvation, famines, poverty, homelessness, domestic abuse and on and on yet god was nowhere to be found in those places but he helps a middle class professional decided what to study. It’s just sick how they think.
Thanks for allowing us to donate to this wonderful cause! I gave what I could! I almost died of starvation when I was in college. I can't imagine watching over someone while they go through that and doing nothing while having the ability to prevent it.
Speaking of cancer, I just lost a very good friend to Cancer yesterday. We hadn’t laid eyes on each other in quite some time. I was able to visit with him a few days ago and the joy it brought him in those last days was tremendous. He definitely lived his life well, helping so many underprivileged people in the community. He was 1000 times the god any god of any religion could ever have been. BILL was love.
I believe there’s no way a person like me can truly appreciate the amount of work. It takes you to put a show together like this. So informative and so well produced thank you Brandon.
Pro Donation Tip for those short on funds: Play this video with the sound off while you work or focus on something else. 👍🧡 This gives more ad revenue !! This can be done 2,3,4 times...
Brandon, I really appreciate the fundraiser and the way you presented it as well. As a recently graduated college student who wants to donate sometimes, but has a hard time pulling the trigger, it makes me feel good and want to donate even more. Thanks for your work.
“You say the power of prayer will give you everything you need. Tell that to a starving child.” - ANGEL WITCH, Religion, 1986. Excellent video as always, sir! I grew up extremely poor. While not nearly to the level of starvation, food wasn’t always abundant. Now I don’t worry about it. And my kids never had to worry about it. To this day, I do not like wasting food. Of course, it still happens from time to time. But I rarely leave anything on my plate unless it is something I simply cannot stomach. When going to a buffet, I never load up the plate just because there’s room on the plate. It’s not lost on me how privileged most of us are here in America and I don’t like being flippant about it. While I have always seen it in my own way, Channels like yours have really opened my eyes to the hypocrisy of religion in general. I’ll be donating to the cause, sir. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Brandon for all your hard work. The amount of effort and passion you put in is mind blowing to me. I grew up a fundamentalist in poverty. I remember my family all joining in a prayer circle begging God to bring food. Strangely God is never the one that showed up at the door with groceries. It was good people who cared and wanted to make a real life difference. Thank you for being that good person Brandon
I greatly appreciate you bringing this organization to our attention! I'm going to check them out further because I need someplace to donate and you brought out all the good points 👍🏼
I'm extremely grateful for your channel! I had spent some time trying to fight for the faith of Christianity... But the people who hurt me and used me the most were Christians. Then I realized that the anger I had towards "God" as a byproduct wasn't an actual God at all. I realized that there are only selfish people and selfless people, regardless of what they believe and despite the religion that they follow. While I understand that a belief in a diety can help hold some people accountable to a life of service and sacrifice to humanity... I realize that this is only for SOME. I now feel more at peace accepting that the "truth" can be subjective and that everyone is entitled to lead the life that they deem the one that they value. It's much more fulfilling and joyful 😊. It's much more fulfilling living in acceptance than believing that a life of joy and peace is only found in 1 particular belief or "standard". Keep doing what you're doing, it's helping alot 😊 💯
Small segway, lol... I also started to research what limited information there is on the natural production of DMT through the pineal gland, lol. This brought me to a whole other realm about what "perspectives" could mean about another dimension like "heaven" or about "spiritual entities," lol. Kinda crazy when you consider what John wrote that he "saw" in the book of Revelations 😅. So I do believe that this inconsistent biblical "God" that they speak of is quite literally and possibly a figment of our very complex imagination, lol
I live with my dad and don’t have an income at the moment, which made me appreciate you donating ad revenue as well, and I actually watched every second because of that.
Imagine being God and hearing the millions of prayers from the parents of starving children and not answering over and over again. If that God did exist, he`d be right to be described as a sociopath.
The concept of starvation and this god not doing anything about it is even more appalling when Jesus calls himself the Bread of Life. He says in John 6:35 that whoever comes to me will never go hungry and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. Yet how many Christians over the last 2,000 years have gone hungry or thirsty for days or weeks or have died from inadequate access to quality food and clean water?
but the christians will just claim he meant spiritual bread and water, which is fine, but still gotta meet those physical needs first. I wonder how many people woulda stuck around for the whole sermon if Jesus wasnt passing out loaves and fish.
@@MindShift-Brandon Exactly. Had Jesus said that these crowds are hungry and needed to be fed, then told them the food and water was spiritual and that he was symbolically feeding them they might have taken him to the Romans and the cross quite a bit earlier than expected.
Not that I'm trying to argue against your point, but where Christians go wrong is when they take teachings of Jesus in a literal sense rather than metaphorical. You have to be next level brainwashed to believe a person starved to death simply because they didn't believe in Jesus.
Hey Brandon, I’m skeptical of many people that asks for money but you’re someone who seems genuine and I definitely would like to donate in the future and Saint Jude is one of my favorite charities.
Just a win/win here. If you were gonna watch anyways, now your ad money goes to a good cause, and if you want to give on top, great! but not required. Appreciate that!
God himself admits to causing starvation & suffering, but most Christians are so indoctrinated by "God is love" & "God is just" told to them by their pastors/community, they can't comprehend their God commiting such atrocities. even though he had done it multiple times in the Bible.

All Christian say well he’s god he can do whatever he wants I asked one Christian so if he wanted to rape you and your family and R. Kelly you. You are ok with that he had no response 😂he started to stutter and come up with a excuse then he’s says god wouldn’t do that I said so you haven’t read the old testament
Check out the charity. They not only help children in immediate need but they also help their community with ways to help them grow food and have clean water so they can continue to have their future needs met. They provide emergency aid to save starving children and they provide food security to help them survive as they grow.
24:30 ugh, I agree that having to sit through a sermon so you can eat is disgusting. There's a church down the street from me that advertises "Free food this Sunday"... yeah, Sunday, huh? Why not Monday, Tuesday or Thursday? 😐
its insane, and as mentioned in the video, if they are devout to another religion, you are essentially making them deny their god to survive. Imagine if christians were faced with this dilemma...
@@CatDaddyGuitar That is why I think a lot of Christian organizations wouldn’t do humanitarian aid if they couldn’t use it as a way to spread their religion. If it was anonymously done they also probably wouldn’t do it. They do good works to make themselves look good, which makes people want to follow and support them and get more converts.
When I was young I used to do Operation Christmas child boxes. I thought we were just putting toys and school supplies in the boxes and that was it. I later found out that they put small religious leaflets in each box before shipping them out to try to force the religion on young impressionable kids. Really put a bad taste in my mouth.
Even when I was still a believer I used to say that when christians go after people in financial need, or those who are starving, grieving, have family troubles, it's like a man waiting till closing time at bar to approach a lonely, intoxicated woman who might be so vulnerable after not getting attention the whole night, with low self esteem and impaired judgement. It's predatory and immoral 😮.
Imagine that. Not one Christian donated, or admitted to donating, to end World Hunger. It's almost as if they dont give a damn about people. I salute you, Brandon, for highlighting this fundraiser. Respect!
I appreciate your kind words for me, but we can't know if any Christians gave or not, and as an atheist channel for lack of a better term, it would make sense, that its mostly non beleivers.
I love this. I’ll be donating what I can. I’ve been wanting to somehow start or be part of a secular community and movement to help those in need. It bothers me when I think about all the tithing that could truly be going towards helping people instead of buildings, salaries , mission trips etc….
It’s always struck me how god is never anywhere to be found in a child’s hospice, war zones, nazi death camps, trenches of WW1, killing fields of Cambodia where they smashed kids against a tree to end them and every other last evil that occurs daily in our world and yet god remains silent despite millions upon millions of people praying.
Ah, the "why is this planet the way it is" question. Let me ask you this, where would you put souls who constantly do bad things with their free-will? Where would you put souls unable or unwilling to help others because of their own selfishness?
@@Jo-tm3zq111 Are you really engaging when you copy and paste something like this on whatever comments you find threatening because you know they have a valid point?
Yep... God is nowhere to be seen during wars. And I don't wanna get into the topic too much, but I'm Ukrainian, and I think we all know what's going on over here. A loving God wouldn't allow that, a loving God wouldn't allow children to be separated from their fathers who are sent to war, wouldn't allow kids and women to be r@ped by the other country's soldiers, wouldn't allow our soldiers being tortured etc. It's a terrifying thing that's happening right now, and it was much worse in 2022-2023. And you know what the pastors in our churches say? Those people DARE say that we deserved all that because we didn't pray enough. It. Makes. Me. Sick. Those people will find all kinds of ways to justify their god's horrible behaviour. If something good happens - "oh it's all god, thanks to god!" If something horrific happens - "oh it's our fault, we as humans have sinned, we deserved it!" And it makes me want to cry. No, we do not deserve it. No, a loving god wouldn't leave our country and people in shambles. No, god does not exist.
Thank you Brandon for tugging at my heartstrings and keeping me thinking. Doing everything i can to not be a crying mess at work the rest of the day after listening to this. I'll be going home and asking my kids if they want to donate some or more of their Christmas money to this problem. We're paycheck to paycheck buried in debt, but we do have enough. I hope everyone that this video has impacted relates to their friends and family, whether thru social media or other ways that instead of the new tv, phone, cool new thing whatever, let's GIVE this holiday season, and my heartstrings have been struck so deeply, i can think of nothing better than what this video proposes. So thank you for making me an emotional, thinking mess at work today, i am truly grateful 😀
To any Christian who may be reading this, I am curious. What do you think we hear, whenever a Christian initiates a conversation, by first specifying they are a Christian? "Well, as a Christian..." followed by whatever comes next. We do not hear: "As a righteous individual, who should be immediately well respected and revered for holding the moral high ground..." No, we do not hear that. What we actually hear is: "As a delusional, self-righteous hypocrite - who believes my imaginary friends are real - you should not trust a word I say and run away as fast as possible."
The fall of two human beings -- that god created in his image and likeness. Therefore, if they had the ability to sin, that means god himself had the ability to sin before creating them.

Thank you. I be saying the same thing if we are sinner so is god. He created us in his image
Can you imagine how many humans have starved to death in the last few thousand years? I don’t know how people can be ok with a god that would allow that kind of suffering.
These days, most of my spare change is going toward hyper-local community-care and activism efforts in my neighborhood, but I'm loving this initiative! Will def try to support by watching when I have the bandwidth, even if I can't give my own $$ at the moment.
(PS Finally actually got to the end after multiple interruptions - rescue kitties are feeling particularly needy tonight - and I would be so down to share ideas. I def have my favorite groups that I like to support and/or get involved in, from NARF and the Native American Disability Law Center to Black and Pink - a group I've volunteered with directly on occasion and that I'm happy to nerd about if there is interest - to local animal rescue groups in neighborhoods that are considered deserts for animal-care services.)
I noticed my old church doesn't do anything for the local community at all. Only post on Facebook when they are doing a potluck for baptisms. Or trunk or treats.
Just today around the dinner table, an evangelist friend told us about people they know doing charity work for orphans in Gazza. Their young children would bond with the orphans so the evangelists could "talk to them". I am not saying the individuals are uncaring but it does suggest a motivation for the care. BTW great work B.
That's a good idea with the fundraising. I happen to be broke right now (Christmas while living on disability), but I'll definitely be looking for these in the future. Sorry hungry children, I'll have to get you next time. I'm sure you'll come up again, because God really wants you to starve, according to his followers.
I love these new charity videos! I think we all know that there are problems in the world, but for me, it is hard to know where to focus my energy and resources. Which charities are most effective? Etc. This gives a way to focus on a particular topic at a time and give me ideas for good charities.
In the church, I grew up in it was assumed they deserved it for worshiping other Gods or they provoked Israel (for places like Gaza). When I would feel bad or sympathy I was told “you live by the sword you die by the sword”. I’m not even sure I remember being encouraged to pray for the places they condemned. They could have at least given me a “Pray that their heart will be softened and receptive to the word” type beat, but I don’t remember even getting that 😟
They also discouraged me from giving to unhoused people because “they could be a con man” and didn’t give to charity frequently. I also find it interesting that we are required to tithe but when we need help we just aren’t praying hard enough. Yes, indeed I was born into a church where prosperity gospel was and is still being preached 🙃
I've never heard of this charity but I gave because I am confident you were as thorough in vetting them as you are in your videos. Good thought on substituting tithing for giving to worth while charities.
So many people forget that if you say God’s ways are higher when it comes to observed evil situations, that’s also true for the good situations. If we can’t know God is evil because he is supreme, we can’t be sure he has ever been good either. The love of Jesus may just be something evil we cannot comprehend this side of death.
The BIBLE is NOT the source of LIES, tricks, and deceits but the source of TRUTHS about GOD and JESUST CHRIST and the UNBIBLICAL teachings and doctrines about "hellfire", "Armageddon", "Trinity", "God doesn't exist", "afterlife", "immortality of the souls", "rapture", and "reincarnation" are all false, not true, nothing but LIES, tricks, and deceits that bring dishonor, disgrace, shame, and will definitely cause the downfall and ETERNAL DEATHS of Atheists, Jehovah's Witnesses, SDAs, Mormons, Catholics, Baptists, Methodists, Born Again Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and fanatics of all kinds of Religions while LOVING, KIND, RESPECTFUL, and SUBMISSIVE persons on earth who rejected Atheism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, all Religions as worthless and useless and willingly submit instead to the authority of Jesus Christ in their obedience to what's written in Matthew 28: 18 will definitely bring themselves honor and the Sovereign GOD's favor and reward of ETERNAL LIFE and existence on earth without sufferings, pains, griefs, sickness, and death as written in Revelation 21: 3, 4 and the teachings of Jesus Christ about the "Kingdom of God" and "Resurrection of the Dead" written in Luke 4: 43 and John 11: 25, 26 are the guarantee that all the LOVING, KIND, RESPECTFUL, and SUBMISSIVE persons on earth who died recently and thousands of years ago like Abel, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Job, Naomi, Ruth, King David, Jesus Christ's Followers and disciples, and many others will all be RESURRECTED back to life in the right and proper time so they can happily and abundantly live and exist on earth forever as submissive and obedient subjects of the "KINGDOM of GOD" and fully enjoy the eternal love, kindness, goodness, generosities, compassions, favors, and blessings of GOD and his Christ for eternity under the loving and kind rulership, guidance, and protection of Jesus Christ as the Sovereign GOD's Chosen King and Ruler of the heavens and the earth as written in Revelation 11: 15.
Brandon, Charity idea: When someone told Cosmic Skeptic that the reason God allowed suffering in the world was because of free will, he asked them why non-human animals suffer so horrendously then?!? I was just watching a favorite UA-cam channel of mine called Happy Doggo. I can't do justice describing his compassionate videos. This man owns a dog rescue shelter that rehabilitates dogs with horrible medical conditions and then gets them adopted anywhere in the world. He has a lot of volunteers. He recently started building a veterinary hospital on his property in order to better serve the dogs at a more efficient cost. I have frequently watched his videos and said to myself, "no good God could let these precious animals suffer like that!" Ironically, yesterday, he just put out a video telling his followers about the horrific flooding that is happening to his dog rescue and all the work he doing trying to save it. I was thinking about Noah's flood and donated some money to him.
In the Bible, Jesus materialized food out of thin air when he fed 5,000 people with 2 fish and 3 loaves of bread. And had 12 baskets of food leftover when it was all said and done. Why does Jesus put the onus on us to feed the hungry when he can literally materialize food out of thin air.
and the g0d conjured animals into the garden. LIVING animals. a few dead animals (f.e. burgers) must cost way less power, I think. Yet, no magic. Not even on juni0r's birthdays so far.
Tthis was one of the very first red flags for me back when I was watching Unicef commercials on T.V. "Why doesn't god help the little black kids" I asked my grandparents... I won't even say what their explanation was, it was too racist to mention here.😮

Absolutely love your videos, thank you! I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on antinatalism. I recommend Lawrence Anton's videos on UA-cam about this topic.
Thanks so much. I will do a video someday. It may be the hardest topic for me. Luckily I had my kids when I was still a believer and hadn't thought of any of that yet. I would be in a real philosophical pickle if I knew then what I know now.
It really bothered my how much money was spent on tracts (not to mention the environmental impact), but the money that was spent on gas, not only by missionaries, ministers and evangelists, but by regular believers like me travelling to other cities every day of the week for a series of gospel meetings, even if there were new people attending. Traffic was getting so bad that we would take 1 hour to make a 10 mile trip, and the cost of gas was unbelievable. And if you dared say anything about better ways of spending the money you'd hear "we don't do charity, because it's absurd to waste money and effort to alleviate present suffering when these resources could go to saving people's eternal souls". I had to help and donate in secret, but being poor it was hard to do that AND give to the church😮. Fortunately I am free of religion now.
It's important to note that as horrifying as those numbers still are, they've been much worse only a few decades ago. Many famines are still the direct result of ideologies or wars, but humanity has also gradually managed to handle the impact of e.g. poor harvests in a region much better, even when population numbers are still growing. And all without any help from the guy above.
@@TonyLambregts Lol. The trickster God who plays games so people don't have certainty that he exists while he demands unquestionable obedience is still one of the more bizarre permutations 🙄😂
8:05 I never considered work a curse. Unless of course you hate your job and boss. Work makes life meaningful. I had some good times at work. I looked forward to going to a good job.
You mentioned that people need to eat other living things in order to survive unlike plants. Then, you note that we are created in God’s image, which makes me wonder, what is it that God is feasting upon in order to survive?

Hey Brandon! Are you gonna do a christmas video? I could really use the support to bring to christmas dinner… only agnostic atheist at the table that day. Thank you for this fundraiser!
Great video! The first example, in Deuteronomy, is also an example of a broken promise of God. I mean, good that he didn't end up keeping his promise & destroying them. When anyone makes a promise to be horrible, & then doesn't keep it, it's something to "celebrate." But they were still being dishonest, & manipulative / abusive. But then it's a threat. Yahweh promised if the Israelites kept his laws, he'd bless them, & if they didn't, he'd destroy them. When neither happened, & they're in the Babylonian captivity / exile... this was probably a big theological problem they had to solve. Which likely triggered some of the bigger early theological innovations. So, yay? It's still highly problematic.
What I find disgusting in developed countries that have a super abundance of food, is the capitalistic greed that drives corporations to rather throw away food they can't make money from than give it to the needy. It feels so intuitively backwards to me for all these apparently "Christian" nations be so uncharitable to their most vulnerable
@sahilhossain8204 it's by no means Christianity exclusive. But it's a fatal dose of contrast to see these nations, corporations and people who claim to function under this ethos which tells you to be charitable, and to be a servant for your fellow man, to not practice what they preach.
There's no way you can claim to have compassion and not feel anything towards these topics. It's just the way it is. It makes people uncomfortable because they have to look at their reasoning for not wanting to look at it. Regardless if you can, the least you can do is spread the word.
Me asking a Christian: why did god create cancer? Christian: The fall of man Me: Cancer has been found in dinosaur fossils that would have been around long before man and the fall took would have taken place. So again, why did god create cancer? Christian: The fall.

Parents giving their children dung to eat.
Eating siblings who starve to death.

Children begging their parents for food until they take one last sleep in their parents’ arms.
Parents selling babies for grain.
And god went, “Yep. They deserve this for worshipping other gods.”

You can call a God that starves his children good, but only if you value getting rewards in heaven more than you value being honest, as many Christians do.
@@johntiggleman4686that makes me sick to my stomach.
Withholding food and water to teach his children a lesson? This god needs a little visit from CPS (Child Protective Services).
When I point out that human parents are subject to investigation if they don’t feed, clothe, educate, shelter, provide healthcare for their children, but an Eternal N-Dimensional omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Being gets a pass - it’s not well received from believers
They resort to “free will” and “The Fall”

Thanks for sharing and your generosity!
Great point!
I greatly appreciate you bringing this organization to our attention! I'm going to check them out further because I need someplace to donate and you brought out all the good points 👍🏼
Always happy to share! thanks.
Thanks for this!
@@MindShift-Brandon thank you 😊, you're awesome!

👏🏼 Yes
but the christians will just claim he meant spiritual bread and water, which is fine, but still gotta meet those physical needs first.
This is such a point!!!
Not that I'm trying to argue against your point, but where Christians go wrong is when they take teachings of Jesus in a literal sense rather than metaphorical.
You have to be next level brainwashed to believe a person starved to death simply because they didn't believe in Jesus.
All I could hear during your video was Christopher Hitchens yelling, from the grave, 'Mother Teresa, Mother Teresa, Mother Teresa'.
LOL she came to my mind as well
Hey Brandon, I’m skeptical of many people that asks for money but you’re someone who seems genuine and I definitely would like to donate in the future and Saint Jude is one of my favorite charities.
Kelly you. You are ok with that he had no response 😂he started to stutter and come up with a excuse then he’s says god wouldn’t do that I said so you haven’t read the old testament
he admits it with gusto. Brags about it like a divine super power.
So true. The amount of cognitive dissonance that goes on in a Christian mind bogles me.
Good comments!
Check out the charity. They not only help children in immediate need but they also help their community with ways to help them grow food and have clean water so they can continue to have their future needs met. They provide emergency aid to save starving children and they provide food security to help them survive as they grow.
Yes they do both the fish catching and the teaching how to fish!
People who can donate: please do, The children who need food need it ❤️
24:30 ugh, I agree that having to sit through a sermon so you can eat is disgusting. There's a church down the street from me that advertises "Free food this Sunday"... yeah, Sunday, huh? Why not Monday, Tuesday or Thursday? 😐
That is what Samaritan’s Purse has done. They had to hear a sermon before receiving humanitarian aid.
@BluStarGalaxy 😭
its insane, and as mentioned in the video, if they are devout to another religion, you are essentially making them deny their god to survive.
You represent this movement very well. I congratulate you. Thank you for what you do
Thanks for that kindness!
You’re a great man, Brandon. Keep doing what you’re doing 🤘

I salute you, Brandon, for highlighting this fundraiser. Respect!
I appreciate your kind words for me, but we can't know if any Christians gave or not, and as an atheist channel for lack of a better term, it would make sense, that its mostly non beleivers.
@@MindShift-Brandon They didn't, or they would have shouted it from the housetops.
I love this. I’ll be donating what I can. I’ve been wanting to somehow start or be part of a secular community and movement to help those in need. It bothers me when I think about all the tithing that could truly be going towards helping people instead of buildings, salaries , mission trips etc….

It’s always struck me how god is never anywhere to be found in a child’s hospice, war zones, nazi death camps, trenches of WW1, killing fields of Cambodia where they smashed kids against a tree to end them and every other last evil that occurs daily in our world and yet god remains silent despite millions upon millions of people praying.
but dont forget, hes helping susie and timmy remember to say thank you and their mom to find her car keys, what a loving god!
Ah, the "why is this planet the way it is" question. Let me ask you this, where would you put souls who constantly do bad things with their free-will? Where would you put souls unable or unwilling to help others because of their own selfishness?
@@Jo-tm3zq111 it's not really free will if God already knows what you're going to do
@@Jo-tm3zq111 Are you really engaging when you copy and paste something like this on whatever comments you find threatening because you know they have a valid point?
This one is making me cry😢

To any Christian who may be reading this, I am curious. What do you think we hear, whenever a Christian initiates a conversation, by first specifying they are a Christian?
"Well, as a Christian..." followed by whatever comes next. We do not hear:
"As a righteous individual, who should be immediately well respected and revered for holding the moral high ground..." No, we do not hear that.
What we actually hear is:
"As a delusional, self-righteous hypocrite - who believes my imaginary friends are real - you should not trust a word I say and run away as fast as possible."
The fall of two human beings -- that god created in his image and likeness. Therefore, if they had the ability to sin, that means god himself had the ability to sin before creating them.
Thank you. I be saying the same thing if we are sinner so is god. He created us in his image
Does that mean Satan is not a sinner?
I read in a religious book somewhere that god didn’t create sin, just the possibility of it, which is kinda ludicrous..

Appreciate that so much!

Thanks so much, thats the plan! Glad you are finding it beneficial.
My church a few years back had a giving program also called Beyond Belief, so the name of this is rather ironic
lol, damnit.
Excellent video! Nailed it.
Thanks so much!
Almighty God tells me to feed the starving children while He does nothing.
Thanks so much, Daniel!
So many people forget that if you say God’s ways are higher when it comes to observed evil situations, that’s also true for the good situations. If we can’t know God is evil because he is supreme, we can’t be sure he has ever been good either. The love of Jesus may just be something evil we cannot comprehend this side of death.

I have frequently watched his videos and said to myself, "no good God could let these precious animals suffer like that!"
Ironically, yesterday, he just put out a video telling his followers about the horrific flooding that is happening to his dog rescue and all the work he doing trying to save it. I was thinking about Noah's flood and donated some money to him.

Thank you for this fundraiser!
Last year i did a video on the massacre of the innocents. Haven’t thought about this Christmas yet, guess i better lol
This said Greed can apply to other Ideologies and Religions as well
@sahilhossain8204 it's by no means Christianity exclusive. But it's a fatal dose of contrast to see these nations, corporations and people who claim to function under this ethos which tells you to be charitable, and to be a servant for your fellow man, to not practice what they preach.
I'm an Atheist. I'd like to request Doctors with Borders.

Hey Hey!
Hey Bro!
@BluStarGalaxy good to see you man!
There's no way you can claim to have compassion and not feel anything towards these topics. It's just the way it is. It makes people uncomfortable because they have to look at their reasoning for not wanting to look at it. Regardless if you can, the least you can do is spread the word.
Careful with that language at the end Cat, you'll attract the likes of Gibbo! By the way, which guitar does your name reference?
they'll get over their discomfort long enough to praise the lord before digging into their sumptuous christmas dinner.
Thank you, Brandon. I forgot about those passages. What kind of "all good" god extorts people with hunger? 🤦
Me asking a Christian: why did god create cancer?
Christian: The fall of man
Me: Cancer has been found in dinosaur fossils that would have been around long before man and the fall took would have taken place. So again, why did god create cancer?
Christian: The fall.

Excellent, Brandon (but…..”atheists don’t do charity” (SARCASM) )
Thanks so much!
I don't have money to donate but here's an algorithm bump. Hope it helps.
Always appreciated!
" Manna from heaven" I guess God/Jesus chooses to let people die from hunger.
I don’t really care for criticisms about you being “emotionally manipulative” when the entire religion is emotional manipulation, with positive emotions to come in and negative emotions and threats to keep you there
Thanks man!
