I feel it helps keep my hitting range to be perfect on that side and short in order to stay on the right side as a left handed player. If I served from the left then the 90° serve doesn’t make much sense or am I not seeing it correctly?
Hello, I really don't recommended the 90° starting position for the reason I explained in the video. Doesn't matter from where you serve. This position can helping you in term of power but you will lost many balance and accurately ball control. Power can be generate by more effective movement...Plus using 90° position will force yourself to target the opposite side of your movement. You can still adjust your target with this process but you have to understand you will generate an opposite movement.
