I can't remember the last time I've even seen a Crush soda. I'm going to have to try to find some. Great review, as usual. The existential moment near the end where you seem to be weary of all the sodas you've tried gave this review a moment of drama that isn't usually present in your reviews. If there was an Emmy or Academy Award for soda review UA-cam channels, you would win it for this one.
I didn’t think I liked strawberry soda until I went through a Strawberry Crush phase about a decade ago. Haven’t had one in a while but sometimes I get a specific craving for exactly this, more often than I do most fruit sodas.
I went through a Crush phase for a bit. I love the orange soda. Now, I prefer Sunkist. Crush is a bit too sweet while Sunkist has that more acidic bite. Both much better than Fanta, though. Fanta sucks. It tastes like I'm drinking a fruit rind. Also, as far as I know, Crush and Sunkist are both Dr. Pepper brands. I'd guess that the fruity drinks for Pepsi are all under Mt. Dew?
@@TheSodaJerk have you tried the Crush cream soda yet? That thing is impossible to find. I even tried to Dr. Pepper website and none of the stores it lists has it.
I told ya! I really love seeing you light up sodas, even if we can clearly see them. I think this one was magical! Incendiary! RED FIRE! I haven't had full sugar soda in so long - how would you compare crush strawberry to faygo strawberry. I have always been a cherry, grape, or orange - My cousin was always making strawberry Kool Aid whenever I would come over and I would tell her, how do you drink this sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet stuff????? hehe Then she would promptly spill it on her turquoise colored carpet! Oy! I don't mind the diet versions of strawberry - it mutes some of that strongness and makes it more palatable for a non-strawberry person.
I don't think I've had a Faygo strawberry recently enough to compare. I also need to familiarize myself with zero sugar strawberry. Can't think of the last one I had.
Reminds me. I have no clue how you're gonna get a hold of it without physically travelling there, but while in Panama, my family and I *loved* Kist (Fanta) Manzana {Apple}.
Sounds like great nonsense. I think I liked Sunkist grape better than Crush but it is close... I got Crush Watermelon waiting for me. I almost want to get Strawberry Crush right now.

Sunkist is also very good. Apparently Pepsi handles a lot of Crush's distribution which may be why I be associate the two

I would enjoy that. There's a guy that blind taste tests store brand snacks to mainstream and I'd like to do that for soda as well

I miss Crush in glass bottles being more available like they were. I haven't had strawberry in a long time
I'm not sure I've ever had Crush in a glass bottle. Sounds lovely though
