I put one on a 72 super glide Harley. It worked great but didn’t fit the look of the bike so I ended up taking it back off again back in the 70s. They were the hot set up for the Japanese bikes.

My 1979 GS850 had one of those on it for so long it wore a small groove in the side of the engine case. Some of those allowed you to just relocate the factory head light into the Vetter.

Push in on the chrome ring and turn about a inch and the trim comes off.

I had that fairing on my '76 Honda CB750A because it was wrecked and rebuilt.

Vetter made a lot of money on fairings back in the 70's, lots of them running around on 750 Hondas. Eventually the manufacturers got smart and came out with factory fairings. One of the homeliest was the Liberator fairing that came on a few Harleys, huge heavy thing, I used to greatly dislike working on bikes with them on. They were so ugly, they are now highly sought after.
