4K 경주 건천 편백나무 힐링숲 (Gyeongju Guncheon Cypress Tree Healing Forest)

경주 건천에는 피톤치드를 듬뿍 즐길수 있는 편백나무 힐링 숲이 있다는 것을 아십니까.
이곳으로 가려면 건천의 경부고속도로 건천IC를 지나 산내 방면 국도를 따라가다 보면 경부 KTX 고가도로 밑에 편백나무 숲 이정표 를 발견할 수있습니다 .
안내판을 따라가다보면 숲길 입구에 5내지6대 정도 주차 가능한 공터가 있습니다.
이 숲은 지역 출신 사업가가 사유림에 편백나무를 식재하면서 조성된 곳으로 시와 협의 하에 숲을 일반에 무료로 개방하기로
했다 합니다.
슾 속에는 이용자들이 안전하게 통행 할수 있게 목재 데크로드가 설치되어 있고 중간에 정자, 벤치 등 쉬어갈 수 있게 편의시설이 마련되어 있습니다 .
편백나무가 군락을 이루는 숲에는 나무가에서 피톤치드라는 물질이 나와 상쾌한 기분을 들게 하는데 이물질은 나무에서 해충에 저항하고자 스스로 만들어 발산하는 물질인데 사람 에게는 스트레스를 줄여주고 광범위한 항균작용을 하며 피부에도 좋다고 하네요.
편백나무숲을 걸으면 빽빽하고 키큰 편백나무가 압도하고 새소리와 함께 조용한 숲속을 즐길 수 있습니다.
이 숲을 통해서 오봉산 트레킹 길로 등산을 즐길수도 있습니다.
어린이들과 함께 가면 수시로 오고가는 KTX 를 가까이에서 볼수 있습니다 .
시내와 떨어져 있고 잘 알려지지 않아 방문객들이 많지 않으니 간단한 차림으로 산책을 즐기기에 안성맞춤인 장소같네요.
