I do question what sort of person feels the need to own one, other than it being a constitutional right. I would totally go out of my way to avoid anyone who owns them, other than those in law enforcement.
People just don’t wanna fight with their hands anymore.. it’s really a cowards weapon..
its legal for a 18 year old to have and use a firearm in the military if he/she is used as a human sacrifice to die for the same damn politicians who say its now illegal for those same 18 year olds to have one to defend themselves or use in their own home . ridiculous law .
So even though they completely violated the law, they can now share the $400, since the show is the party that ACTUALLY pays the amounts that are made to pay in the judgment!
They didn't have clean hands, he shouldn't have gotten anything back!
Super obsessed with these cases
Same
I'm an avid gun person ... It's people like this who ruin it for us....
There is NO reason an underage person should have a firearm...
If you can't wait for the age to own... You do NOT deserve a firearm
Dumb & Dumber
Why is she ruling on an illegal gun transaction? This highlights at least one of the gun problems in this country...
He wants it to walk around Walmart to protect himself against moms grocery shopping.
Yeah and the funny thing is Walmart does sell rifles (not ARs but other types of rifles) and even THEY wouldn't sell this underage man child a gun as it's illegal to do so across ALL sales.
Private sales of ANY item (car, guns, animals, etc) have to follow the applicaple STATE LAW of where the sale takes place.
You have to follow the law even if you don't know the law or don't like the law.
"Why didn't you sell the gun to the father". Uhm maybe because the gun is for the underage son?
Building a gun in your home should be illegal.
He taped the first one to show off to his friends or whatever that he was dropping money for a gun. He wasn't using it at the time for a receipt. That's why he didn't tape the last part they weren't receipts until this stuff happened. He so lame
The young guy will be on the new in Florida soon.
Is this a re upload? Seems familiar
Good good was pot I'm sure but no one wanted to say that. 😂 😆 😂 😆
JM should have given the ATF a little call after this! As a Canadian we don’t understand why the hell the general public has access to half of the weapons u guys do! For a so called civilized country y’all look foolish to the rest of the world!!
Why is she enforcing an illegal contract? When the people that try to get rent when renting an illegal apartment she always says her hands are tied
Both the defendant and plaintiff have the sense of a flea.
guy: “…yeah he’s a meth head”
doug: “ahh yes very good.”
lmao
Building an AR is very easy. No gunsmith required.
judge Judy would have kicked those filthy hands OUT
Yeaaa he doesn't just want guns to shoot with his parents and grandpa ..I feel like that video wasn't just for a receipt but clout for his "bruhs" while they smoke that "good good" lmao clown
Right
just based on the intro, if he cannot fulfill the contract then he does need to return the money. If he already started working on the gun before he verified whether or not the plaintiff was a lawful gun owner than that's on him. As the gun maker, he should know the laws even more than the buyer does although frankly both of them should keep themselves informed.
They both sound incredibly immature, but the gunmaker in particular especially being a businessman and everything else needs to be more grown-up than that and if he can't be then he doesn't need to be in business
Watching this, all I see is a "Random Shooting" Shooter (killing People just because) & a "He killed his Parents" Shooter.
So owning a gun makes you a murderer of your parents? You do realize that most law abiding gun owners don't kill anyone?
It takes 5 SECONDS to confirm someone age. Ask for a licence. Look up someone's SS number.
Should have not ruled in anyone's favor.
An AR-15 is NOT a pistol..it is a RIFLE which requires a different licence (at least in my state) and has different age requirements than handguns/pistols.
AR stands for ARMALITE RIFLE.
It's heartening to see picture of OG Judge Wapner in the background who was the 1st PC Judge.
Despite all the legalities ignored...The builder under bid the job, period.
I HATE WHEN FOLKS OWN YOU / A REFUND SITUATION THEN THEY MAKE UP EVERY REASON UNDER THE BOOK NOT TO PAY UP THE DEFENDANT IS JUST A LYING THIEF & SCAMMER BUT THE PLAINTIFF IS JUST A LIAR TOO SO HE DIDN'T MAKE THE 2ND PYMT EITHER WAY GIVE HIM BK HIS DEPOSIT THE JUDGE LET THEM BOTH HAVE IT
Babbles on about how above and beyond he is, making sure everything's legal, then proceeds to tell the Judge how he planned for his father to purchase it if he couldn't for some reason (totally illegal)-
I think I know what that “good good” is 😂😂lmaooo
A simple money order would have been proof enough, and part of it is the receipt.
I wish the defendant was made to pay the $400 out of his own pocket to some sort of charitable fund. Neither of them should have won and they both did since the show pays the verdicts.
seems like al muricans are on tv for some kind of a dispute, mostly involving drugs and guns. lol
The are both shady.
The end talking with Judge John and Judge Milian. They forget to say how all the covid lock downs were unconstitutional.
I think the underaged guy paid the $300 because when the judge said she’s ordering the other guy to pay back $400 he got the biggest smile on his face! They need to stay away from each other!
I don't think there was a gun to begin with.
