- Here's the full completion without the replacement song: • Wave challenge 8 by me
Ok I'm just now realising I've made wiggle wiggle and wave theory as both wave challenges since wave challenge 7, but this is the first video making what I consider to be my "normal" wave challenges since then. Really put a lot of work into shortening this video down while keeping the pacing good, and towards the end with the deco I tried a kinda new commentary style, hope it turned out well!

Wave is one of my favorite gamemodes, the creative concept of a steep change from going up to down is so refreshing, where all of the other gamemodes use much smoother movements. The unique and challenging aspect of the wave is what makes it stand out among the other gamemodes in Geometry Dash. Unlike other modes where the player simply needs to jump or avoid obstacles, in the wave, the player needs to control the character while navigating through a dynamic, wave-like path. The unpredictable nature of the gamemode makes it an incredibly engaging and entertaining experience. The wave has a distinct, futuristic look and feel, with a mesmerizing visual appeal that immerses the player in the experience of the game. The gamemode is both challenging and visually stunning, making it a true test of the player's skills and reflexes.

i love watching tride build wave challenges because he keeps the decoration simple, but puts effort into it, and when he makes the gameplay, he actually makes it challenging but still super fun to watch and maybe play as well

It might’ve clashed with the early style you were going for, but I think a blending screen would actually work really well here since you have a ton of black/dark structures. Cool challenge!

Hey tride here is a fun fact test it if you don't believe it: The ground spikes in 3:06 are actually deco spikes meaning that you can slide on them or just not die

To make the thing where you get launched at the end of the wave challenge, put a yellow orb instead of those pads in the middle of the portal. You will hit it automatically when you hold into the cube portal

i cool trick with the wave is: idk if you know this but you can use blue and green orbs to switch gravity what youre going down while still having to click (acu is an example of this)

Hey! I got an idea for a video. The idea is the more you progress through the level the more decorated it will be. Example at 0% the level is a layout and if you're more than let's say 15% it becomes more decorated.
